Good location, host helped us with checkout time. New apartment all worked, had a water filter that was very good! Worked Utensils, it was great! Everything we needed had at Ape.

The apartment is even better than the listing, very spacious. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils and comfortable beds. The atmosphere was very tidy and clean. The location is excellent, has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. For sure we would stay again.

It was a delicious fds! Excellent cost X benefit. Many bathrooms, which in my opinion made all the difference and air conditioning in the bedrooms. To get even better, I could change and look more warmly at the broken and gelled dishes and pots and replace them and put a box in the bathrooms, then it would be perfect

The stay was the space of Renata is amazing, very cozy, the house is equipped with all the items we need, in addition to a leisure area with pool, elastic bed (which supports adults), little football field and vollei, at last amazing everything, I will be back for sure! It is important to comment that Renata was super solicitous, gave us several tips from nearby restaurants, always responded to the messages quickly, in short we were well received, I highly recommend the space!

Best hosting we've had on Airbnb to date! Eloisa is a love of person and helped us with everything we need, such as a flexible check-in/check-out and local restaurant recommendations! In addition, the house is spacious, beautiful and everything was in perfect condition (showers, closets, bedding, kitchen items). I highly recommend the accommodation and the location, as it is not so far from the main points and the neighborhood is very quiet!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

The house is a quiet nook, all the surrounding nature, the tranquility, the house is perfect for enjoying the pool on sunny days, enjoying the fireplace on cold nights and even enjoying the rainy days with the whole glass room, hearing and seeing the rain falling outside on the sofa coziness was wonderful. On Saturday we had sun until 3pm and we were able to enjoy the pool very well. My children loved it, because in addition to the large pool, there is a small one for those who do not yet know how to swim!

We were in 4 families and everyone loved the space. Perfect to go with family!!! We'll be back soon!

I loved my hosting, I went to São Paulo for the first time to watch Formula 1, without a doubt my experience was even more amazing because of great hosting. I will return more times when I come to São Paulo. All clean, organized, Dona Maria always very polite. For a woman who travels alone like me, the place is completely safe, with guards. There is a small market for you to buy your needs. Near the airport and near the Interlagos Racetrack.

The stay was very good. The apartment had everything in the description and was well cleaned and organized. There were many utensils in the kitchen. The only suggestions for improvement we have are as follows: - on the passage from the balcony to the living room there is a bump of the door that is high. We had some stumbling on it. - the boxing door of the social bathroom is knocking very hard and gives the impression that it will break.

Marcio is extremely requested, apt has TV available NETFLIX and internet, available fan in both rooms, we received a treat on arrival and departure, released check in before the stipulated deadline.

Cozy apartment, very clean, well decorated, full kitchen. Great location, with a market ahead. Super friendly and easy to handle building staff. Excellent host Marcos, always willing and quickly responding to demands. We love everything, feel at home, and we will definitely return. The Great Kids Apartment, my daughter loved it, in addition to the safety of the screens on the windows.
