Villa vacation rentals in Francavilla Fontana

This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

Donna is a great host and the house is perfect for relaxing with family and it is close of all the best places in Puglia. The house is very well equipped, maybe the best equipped Airbnb’s house we have been until now. I suggest every one who wants to have a beautiful journey in Puglia, to enjoy this villa.

Beautiful villa in a lovely garden with sea views. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We also enjoyed evenings on the terrace, and the outdoor jacuzzi.

We had a great stay at this recent house, very clean and consistent with the photos. Dominico is friendly, thank you again for the little welcome gift. The location is really peaceful and allows you to discover the pretty villages of Puglia. We'd love to come back!

I cannot say enough great things about the villa and about Stefanie!!! The property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our large group. Stefanie could not have been a better host. She was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay and answered all of our questions very quickly. She provided local restaurant recommendations which were excellent and even offered to make some reservations for us. The villa was very clean and spacious and was the perfect place to stay for our family trip. Stefanie was the most amazing host and truly made our trip even better than we could have imagined.

Pia was a great host, and her villa was beautiful especially the outdoor space. She was responsive and super helpful with accommodating us especially because we didn’t have a car and it was a bit harder to move around the area. She provided a number for a ride. She also provided restaurant recommendations which was very much appreciated. The area is a little bit hard to get to but I believe that’s normal in poligiano e mare. I recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks pia!

The stay was very nice, we had a great time. The perfect place to unwind in silence, the cottage provides privacy. Everything clean, lots of amenities. Very nice terrace and great pool. Close to the beach (about 15 min on foot). Highly recommended.

The house is so beautiful & the location is wonderful too, just a few steps to the beach. The villa was the perfect size and never felt as though we were on top of each other in a big group! We had an issue with the hot water but this was solved so quickly which was impressive. All communication was great too! Would reccomend for large groups/families and would happily return

Valentina was super welcoming and very helpful when describing the space, and the area we were staying in. Property is beautiful and an excellent place to stay and relax if you want a country vibe. The pool and roof areas are perfect to chill, and the historical dwelling has a great old world feel.

Lovely stay outside of Ostuni at Laura's place. The house is very well equipped with several bedrooms nicely spaced out across the large home. The pool was lovely (though not heater) and the grounds are beautiful, with a children's play structure on property and two adorable donkey's roaming the grounds. Very nice stay. The house was fantastic and the location paradise. The very friendly and very friendly welcome We travel often on Airbnb but at Valerio we reached the peaks everything was perfect and we can only recommend Valerio's house. Our rating is 6 out of 5. We hope to be able to return to Valerio's place.

- A beautiful surprise. For my anniversary, I was lucky enough to discover this villa in my own region. Really fabulous facility. We had a great night's sleep, really very comfortable beds. The spaces of the villa are very large and furnished with great taste and attention. The afternoons spent in the sun by the pool and the evening grills on the patio in the garden are priceless. I asked for a dinner at the villa for my anniversary and we had a great evening with Chef Angela , who had a great meal. We are excited about this villa , I hope to be back as soon as possible. Francesco was very good , always present and attentive. It's also a snack to his Collaborator Graziano that we found around and he showed us great shopping solutions. Thanks to all the staff.

We had a lovely stay at Sara and Vittorio's place and it truly is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. In total we had two families with kids and it was perfect for a family vacation with one family each taking two bedrooms. Three bedrooms (a master with an in room Jacuzzi bath; two bedrooms beside each other on the opposite side) face a large common area and one bedroom is separate and can be entered from outside. All rooms had their own ensuite bathroom and shower. The inside and outside common areas were phenomenal and great for communal time together but with enough space to allow for separating off and sitting and relaxing. We cooked almost every night at home (due to small kids) and were well set up for that. We spent less time outside due to the season but it is extremely well set up for full outdoor living and the pool was just perfect. Sara and Vittorio were responsive and helpful. We loved our week there and have already highly recommended it to our friends!! Grazie!

A tasteful and individually furnished house, with very good amenities and with attention to the details. 2 bedrooms are very close to each other in the main house and another is in an outbuilding. It was ideal for us as a family and we felt comfortable. The house is secluded in the middle of olive trees. San Vito dei Normanni takes about 10 minutes to shop by car. A car is a must, otherwise it is difficult to get away. As a starting point for excursions, e.g. to Brindisi, Lecce, Ostuni, the house is ideally located. However, you have to do without the internet and a stable mobile network, as this almost does not work in the house.

Fantastic place, no negative things to say at all. Nadia is wonderful. We highly suggest staying here!

so beautiful to stay in an authentic trulli. clean, beautiful garden,swimming pool (still swimming at the end of October?) and a nice base for the area. However, a car is needed to get there. Sleeps 7 in the house. In bad weather, no common area inside. we have enjoyed it!!

Enjoyed a beautiful stay with private swimming pool. Beautiful area to get out. The cleaning aid explains everything clearly upon arrival and communication with Sandra was also great. The house was great! Nice rooms and bathroom, lovely terrace. Perfect for relaxing with your family or as a couple in all luxury. If you use the air conditioning in the bedroom every day (evening/night), you are left with the max kWh per day and you pay a little more for this. This is clearly agreed in advance, but we did not know if we would go about that kWH/day with the air conditioning or not. In summary: Beautiful holiday in Puglia in a beautiful house.

Domenica's husband met me to check in even though I arrived late from an evening flight. He had kindly prepared a few items I had asked him to purchase for the kids, as all the shops were closed by the time we arrived.

Great! A beautiful garden with numerous quiet beautiful places where you can relax, including hammock, ping pong table, loungers, park benches and tables, a great pool, and a very nice, well-equipped house. Everything we needed was there, from washing powder, dish soap, olive oil, a bottle of wine, ... - we felt very welcome! Gianvito was always available via mobile phone and was always available quickly with help with questions and problems. We highly recommend the place!!! In particular, the two apartments were made for us, you are close together and still have your own empire (we were there with son and grandparents).

The house was stunning, however a little miscommunication between the host and myself set the stay to a sour start. We had wonderful gentleman check us is as the host was unavailable. Soon as the misunderstanding was cleared up the stay went smooth. Everything in that home is lovely.

Fabulous place to stay with our family. Very spacious , nice decor , outdoor area and pool is fabulous . Need a car to drive to all the local towns. Went to a great local restaurant that host booked for us . Would highly recommend this place .

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (8 & 10). The villa is beautiful, pool was the perfect size, and it is so peaceful. Aurore was a wonderful host and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Only flag I would say is you need a car as the town of Carovigno is a couple of miles away and then Ostuni (fantastic place) is maybe 15 mins drive away too. Assuming you plan to have a car, you will love this villa!
