Melinda was an exceptional host very responsive and attentive. Her place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than described! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. My group and I had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I spent a 4 day weekend to get away from busy New York with my family and it was exactly what I hoped for and more! Tiffany was such an amazing host. Very responsive and friendly. The cottage was way bigger than I expected in the inside. Very spacious and the view!! The view was absolutely stunning from the hill top!!

This is our second time staying in this home, and the main reason for our choice is the wonderful host. They are extremely kind, helpful, and excellent with communication, always responding quickly whenever we need anything. The house is in a great location, very close to everything, yet it gives the feeling of staying in a cozy mountain retreat. The amenities were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Once again, we had a fantastic vacation here with our children and are so glad we chose this place again!

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

Older house but very comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are railroad so you will have to walk through one to get to the other. One bathroom but it's nice and well stocked. Nice views into the farms and valleys. Only issue we had was one of my friends was afraid of the old house noises from the wind. Great for families or a few friends looking for a low key place to stay

The house was huge. Beautifull and well stocked kitchen. Outdoor was peaceful and enormous yard where we could run and play. My whole family can't wait to go back.

I rented the place out for my birthday. This was one of the best birthdays I ever had. He was extremely accommodating to my three dogs, family, and friends. He was very responsive and was very proactive to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.
