Vacation rentals with lake access in Fox River

I loved the place, the location, everything was amazing!!!

My family had such a nice stay at Waylon’s place! It was incredibly relaxing. All the beds are comfortable. He has a ton of huge tvs! All the custom wood pieces are really cool. Nice bathrooms and the sauna was amazinggggg! We used it multiple times a day. Dogs loved the private backyard area and little canal and we had a lovely bonfire 🔥 in the backyard! 15 mins away from a really beautiful nature preserve and hiking! We had great day trips to lake Geneva. Waylon was an amazing communicator and really flexible during our stay. He truly went above and beyond!!! Thank you, Waylon!! We would 100% recommend!!

The property was very clean and cozy. While we were there in winter and couldn’t take advantage of the lake, the location and view were beautiful.

Lots of space- was perfect for a large family gathering. We loved the decks, large yard and all the space inside. Beautiful location with lots of hikes short distances away.

Johns has a very special place. Very spacious. accommodations were perfect to accommodate our family while plenty of quiet spaces. Our favorite spot was the patio overlooking the lake. Very peaceful. We were able to watch geese, ducks, frogs, turtles and muskrats. Water was very clear. John was prompt to answer questions. Looking forward to returning.

It was a nice place to go to for a group trip, lots of parking and 5mins from the small town that has restaurants and bars. Went during a cold month so couldn’t enjoy the water but the house was big enough and comfortable enough for 9 grown adults so be in.

We stayed her over New Years and had a great time. The house is very open with lots of room for everyone. Beautiful views overlooking the wetlands and lake. There was plenty of beds and could easily accommodate a large group. Hot tub was in a great location out back with a beautiful view. Would love to see how beautiful it is in the summer!

Thanks for having us! we stay at this location for second time and it works perfectly for us. It is located by the lake, very peaceful, very silent. the house is well equipped, so didn't need anything to purchase additionally. It is 24 minutes away from the Cascade mountain., and around the same time from the Wis Dells

We really enjoyed staying at this place - it was clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. Elizabeth was very responsive and a great host. We would stay here again!

Bill and Carol were lovely hosts for our family weekend! They were so friendly and responsive to all our messages. The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Lake Geneva, and Bill & Carol gave us lots of good recommendations too! We would absolutely stay there again!

Everything we needed for our night in Port Washington. Excellent location, all the amenities were available and the place was warm and cozy for a cold winter night!

Our hosts were proactive in giving us great restaurant recommendations and remained responsive throughout our stay. This is a beautiful home right on the water with a view and atmosphere you just can't beat. Side note, the beds were very comfortable! We'd love to stay here again.

I stayed during Christmas. Larry put extra cookie sheets in the apt so that we could make & decorate cookies, a tradition with my kids, plus I put up a Christmas tree to! We felt right at home. The laundry machines are in the hallway making it convenient. Overall, I would stay again.

Alex was incredibly flexible with our group’s varied check-ins and check-outs. Other members of my group met him and his partner and expressed that they were both very friendly and welcoming! It is an older building so the floors squeak a bit, but I have no complaints. We enjoyed Madison and this place was perfect for our stay. The sunroom overlooking the lake was unbelievable!

We had a blessed Christmas Eve and Christmas with family. Thanks for helping to make that possible.

There needs to be a level beyond Super Host, like Extra Special Super Host!! Kelly & Scott would definitely qualify!! The Cottage is exactly as it appears on the airbnb site. What you don’t realize is just how comfy, cozy, quiet and peaceful it is. A quick 30 minute highway ride was all it took to connect with family in Madison this holiday weekend. When you live on water, it’s hard to do without the view. Not necessary with the Rock River right in the front yard here. Thanks for the perfect holiday weekend. Cannot wait to come back to The Cottage.

We had a very peaceful stay. It was a quick drive from Chicago but really felt like we were far away. Meta Rose left excellent instructions & recommendations about the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a girls trip- the house was perfect! Comfortable beds, enough room, and great spaces for gathering together. We enjoyed walking around and shopping at the cute shops downtown! Brennan ensured check out was a smooth and easy process, and responded within minutes of messages sent. Highly recommend!

Cozy shared living space and room for our kids and us for a short family holiday weekend!

What a beautiful view from the picture window! This place was charming and had everything you could need to relax. My host was very accommodating and attentive. She brought a basketful of fresh linens to accommodate my change in guests due to schedules and availability of my family and friends. The pizza place that was recommended was fantastic and they delivered. The place is in a great location, close enough to town but out in the country. The sunsets were enjoyed on the deck:) One morning early while lounging on the couch I saw a beautiful yellow autumn dressed tree and under it’s branches a buck, majestic with his antlers under the tree shaking the bottom branches:) Very peaceful. We also enjoyed siting around the smokeless fire pit. Thank you for sharing your home with us!:)

Second time staying in this home and it was even better than the last. Great neighborhood and layout and they’ve made some really nice cosmetic updates to the house as well. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

We loved this place! Even though it’s probably the “off season”, everything was perfect! Very easy, short walk down to the beach. We will be back for a longer stay!

It was our best vacation and meeting the new year. Kim is great and so is her house. We liked everything very much. We will definitely come back in the summer to swim in the lake. Thank you very much for the great service and the wonderful house.
