The cottage is as described and charming. Solène and Romain are very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal because the seaside is right next door on foot, with a nice walk to do on the seafloor. Access to La Rochelle is very quick with the 2x2 lanes. I would recommned this property 👍

The house is very well located (quiet but close to restaurants- oyster farmers and an oceanfront walk), it is functional (well-equipped kitchen, very good bedding, clean) and the small fenced garden at the back of the house very nice when we have dogs. Very good welcome from Nathalie, we will be back with pleasure!

Had a great time at Jean-François' place. The host was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating, especially with flexible access times, which was a real plus for my work stay. Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We had a pleasant stay at Marie Noëlle's house. It's very comfortable, spacious and charming. Marie Noëlle was very hospitable.

The wishlist is justified. Delphine is very attentive. impeccable accommodation, new, great decor!! top bedding, super appreciable. towels sheets included. great location, we forget the car! ingenious living spaces = we were 2 couples with 4 teenagers and a younger child. the layout allows each group to find its independence while sharing moments together. excellent the great roomy "basement" for children. a single small problem, a winter rate relating to the pool not passable because more heated would have been interesting.

Great home in an excellent location. We loved our stay. The pool, hot tub and piano were all very popular with the kids. The only downside was just having one loo (as advertised). Also worth noting the towel/sheet package only has one bath towel and one hand towel per person per week so you'd need extra for pool/beach.

We had a great stay at this very pretty villa, tastefully furnished and where everything has been thought out for the comfort of the occupants. A big thank you again, especially for the little touches upon arrival! We recommend it and will be happy to go back.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Brilliant, modern, clean, close to La Rochelle/ Isle de Re - Local area has good shops and restaurants, 5 mins drive to Big SuperU - 10 mins walk to the seaside and a lovely beach walk - head for La Plomb great if you want amazing fresh seafood. Back to the House, amazing swimming pool, heated and in an excellent sun-trap area, shower was V. hot and powerful, beds are excellent, lovely and dark at night - so much room everywhere - Kitchen has everything you need with a super fridge and easy to use oven. Media all excellent (two lounges and two TV's) and Netflix available. Very secure, Verisure Alarm system fitted and easy to use. Visit Isle de Re, The Bunker Museum, Aquarium, Cognac Tasting at Chateau de la Peraudiere (20 mins drive) Fantastic Tour. 2 Hour Walking Tour of La Rochelle - Super...an excellent holiday

Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped, very clean, decorated with great taste! Morgane and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is located a few meters from the beach, in a quiet area. Everything is done to ensure you have a good stay, I'll take away my hat, your place is a gem! Functional and very well located accommodation. With our dog, it was perfect. Isabelle explained everything to us very well before we arrived. Thank you for your warm communication.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Great stay at this beautiful place 2 steps from the ocean! Very refreshing at this rather quiet time of year (the sound of the waves to fall asleep). The accommodation is very well equipped and allows for a stay in the utmost comfort. (Washing machine, oven, dishwasher, internet,etc.) Juliette is an available and very welcoming person. I'd recommend it without so much as a second 😁

Listing is very clean and as described. The location facing the beach and the breathtaking view of the ocean is a feast. Philippe and Marie-Helene are very welcoming and attentive hosts while remaining discreet. We had a great time with the family in Oléron.
