Notre séjour dans ce magnifique endroit a été perturbé par une tempête tropicale. Mais nous avons toujours été très bien accompagnés par la jeune femme qui gérait sur place et qui a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule bien. Merci ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances malgré les caprices de la nature et ses conséquences !

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property right on the lagoon in Bacalar with 7 of my friends, and it exceeded all our expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with plenty of room for all of us to relax. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived to find our grocery request stocked and the hosts were very communicate during the entire process of booking, organizing and checking in. Pablo and Celeste came to the property most days (at our request) and were incredibly helpful, providing delicious meals and assisting with any needs. Having Pablo and Celeste there made our stay even more enjoyable! The location was unbeatable, right on the lagoon, with a stunning pool to enjoy day and night. It truly felt like a paradise, and I couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a serene getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! I can't wait to go back!

Tuvimos la mejor de las experiencias en Horse Cottage! Es un lugar en el medio de la naturaleza pero con todo el confort! Todo está pensando, hasta el último detalle! Las habitaciones son enormes y cómodas, las camas y la ropa de cama es excelente. Todo está impecable. Hay agua purificada, pava eléctrica, microondas y heladera! Además hay una cocina/comedor de uso común súper bien equipada con licuadora, tostadora, cocina, utensilios de cocina! Un lujo! Y lo mejor es la atención de Nathalie siempre pendiente de todo, y Johana también, súper simpáticas y te hacen sentir en tu casa! Y la frutilla de la torta es su perrita Coca y las dos yeguas que andan por el jardín y te dan mucho afecto!!! Sin dudas, súper súper súper recomendado!!!

Janice and Larry were wonderful hosts. Always willing to answer our questions but also very respectful of our privacy. Mermaid Manor was clean with a spacious outdoor space, good kitchen and a firm, comfortable mattress (always a nice bonus for me!) You'll have no regrets booking this gem.

The house is in a very great location. You have your own private lagoon area. Shops and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. The fact that kayaks are available is a plus. Ms. Claudia is a great host, met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay at Bacalar.

Entre después del horario de entrada y la propietaria estuvo muy al pendiente para recibirnos, nos mostró la casa, nos dió todos los detalles, es una persona muy amable y atenta. Sin duda, un trato muy bonito. El último día se fue la luz en la colonia (no fue falla del lugar, si no falla en la ciudad) y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. La casa se ve mejor en persona que en fotos, muy hermosa.

la habitación es muy grande, con aire acondicionado. el baño es muy grande todo limpio. la ubicación está en la entrada de bacalar, por lo cual en bici o en auto llegas al centro en 5 minutos. su club de playa muy bonito está a pie de la laguna... ahí no tiene restaurante(está cruzando la calle), sin embargo está más padre por qué metes tus bebidas o tus cosas y disfrutas del club sin pagar . te prestan bici y kayak.... quizá lo único sería que lleves tus chaleco salvavidas para que puedas meterte más Agusto a la laguna. pero está muy bonito... la alberca también muy limpia solo que está en la parte del alojamiento ... y el club de playa hay que caminar igual... es pet friendly super amistosos todos y me sentí muy cómodo más por qué respetaron a mis mascotas.... si lo recomiendo...

Esta muy bonita la casa, accesible y tiene todo para pasar una super estancia en ella, mi familia y yo la pasamos incleible, la papala qué tiene esta padrisima con hamacas y todo para una carnita asada qué nos quedo de lujo, pasamos ratos incleible nadando en la laguna y en los kayak. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, en general la casa estuvo super bien.

Todo estuvo genial, casa tiene una ubicación increíble a pie de la laguna, y cuanta con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Si vas en familia o grupo, seguro la pasarás genial. El muellecito privado está genial y poder salir en kayak a pasear en la laguna es lo máximo. 100% recomendado. Además Michele es bastante atenta, responde todas tus dudas y ayuda con las recomendaciones. No lo pienses si quieres pasar unos días genial en Bacalar.

If you want to find the place for ultimate relaxion outside city polution and away from disturbing world with the perfect view of the blue lagoon just to yourselves - this is exactly the place. The host is very engaged in making your experience remarkable. The cabin is simple but it has all you need in the world without electricity - Gerardo has thought about everything and is open to any suggestions. We didn't want to leave the place even for an hour for shopping or restaurants - it was so relaxing to hang in a hammocks all day with some brakes for swimming and walking in the lagoon and seating late in the nights outside with sangria, staring at the stars. There was very few mosquitos during our stay and Gerardo provided us with repellent and mosquito nets.

The outdoor area features a neatly landscaped garden with various trees and shrubs, illuminated softly under the night sky. A thatched-roof palapa stands to the left, with tables and chairs visible, inviting time spent outdoors.

La casa es absolutamente increíble para descansar y estar con familia o amigos. Completamente equipada, limpio y cómodo. Exactamente como las fotos, pueden estar cómodamente tres familias. La vista a la bahía es increíble! La atención de María en todo lo que necesitábamos fue rápida y eficiente. El servicio del equipo que cuida la casa como la señora Gladys que además de cocinar delicioso, te da un trato excepcional para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada. Definitivamente volvería a pasar unos días tranquilos y relajados. Muchas gracias por todo!
