Vacation rentals in Fountain City

This was our second stay at the Gorilla House and once again it did not disappoint. The house was super clean, the owner reached out to us before and after check in with clear instructions, and everything was in good working order. The space worked perfectly for our needs and we'll definitely return again.

This is a beautiful, older home. The house provides a first floor bedroom & bathroom with walk-in shower, perfect for my 81 year mother. The upstairs is set up with a 2nd sitting area between two beautiful bedrooms, complete with another TV, fully stocked game cabinet, and plenty of reading material.

A little gem in the middle of a happening town. There is so much to see & do around this house. The house itself was cozy & had everything we needed & then some. The hosts were very accommodating & excellent at communicating. If you are looking for a peaceful, dog & kid friendly (CLEAN!) spot near the city, look no further. We came for a sports event at Spooky Nook. This house was a great place to come back to & unwind. I would definitely recommend it.

The first impression of the Cottage's inside was Wow! It was just what I wanted to see, floors no spots, no odors, soft couch, comfy bed and pillows. The Cottage was, upon entering, a wooden area was there for wet boots and shoes. The view outside was serene and exuded peacefulness. The warmth of the heating unit was excellent for throwing off any chill. All the lights worked, the stove was excellent and clean, coffee maker was superb. Toaster, shower, towels soft, sink was unusually low profile but just took some getting used to. Shower and sinks drained well. And the tropical island motif was breathtaking well-coordinated. One of my definite 'return-to' places.

Mark, was attentive. Any issues that arose he communicated promptly. It was a great stay for my family. We were all grateful and sent Mark some ideas to enhance customer experience. Very minimal. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Very nice place to call home for a long weekend. Couch very comfy. Sheets and Towels top notch. lots of extra touches. One Recommendation add some kinda hooks or something in shower to hang Loufa's or washcloth on. other than that stay was wonderful did not want to leave...

A great place to ring in the New Year! Our group of 10 had a great time play games and hanging out. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Tyianna had the place decked out for Christmas down to the last detail. She was quick to respond to our needs and is even mailing an item that was left behind.

Lovely place was as described. The hot tub and fireplace were visit highlights for us. Very peaceful setting. Backyard is definitely ready for entertaining. Would stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the decor, stocked snacks and linens! Such a gorgeous place to stay and host were so friendly and accommodating. We were in town to take our son to Dayton Children’s Hospital and it was a quick 5 min drive. We hope to stay again on our many trips here! Highly recommend!
