Collin’s spot was great! It served our purpose well and he was super responsive and friendly. We had a large group and the spot was in the perfect location as it was close to the event we were attending. I can definitely see myself booking here again! Note: the space can feel a bit cramped at times but that doesn’t take away from how great the spot is

This was gem of a place . The property was really clean and organized exactly what was described and we hope for the department was also very spacious and kitchen was well stacked. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was great as well right between two major parks in San Francisco. Also close to very good restaurants. it was great to have a parking spot available as well . The host was superb and very responsive 🙂. Five stars overall and would highly recommend this place.

After an exhausting day of flying from the east coast and flight delays we arrived much later than expected at Ayo's AirBnB. Though it was late Ayo came upstairs to fix a heater problem. We really appreciated him doing this. Ayo and Aneeka are very friendly and kind. We spent a very comfortable 8 nights in the apartment. The house has a back yard and front yard which Ayo has landscaped over the 3 years we have stayed with him and Aneeka. The location is great. There are room-darkening curtains to keep out unwanted light at night from the motion-activated lights in the back yard and driveway. The sleeping area is in the back of the house and is very quiet. Ayo and Aneeka and their children live downstairs and this helped us feel like we were part of the local community while we were visiting. The kitchen has a coffee maker, full size fridge, microwave & full size stove w/ oven for toasting bread for breakfast. Thank you Ayo and Aneeka!

My stay was immaculate. Even though I was on a business trip, Tom and Michelle made me feel like I was on vacation with their exceptional assistance, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care. Hosting is not something everyone can do effortlessly, but for Tom and Michelle, it comes naturally. The place is full of warmth and love, and anyone who stays here is truly fortunate. You won’t need to worry about anything—they’ll assist you with everything, and with the utmost patience! The place looks even better than in the photos. They waited for my late flight just to welcome me. Can you imagine that? Once again, everyone deserves hosts like Tom and Michelle!

Thuy’s place was great for our one week stay! It had everything we needed and was very cozy. Our cat loved the windows and the fenced backyard. The neighborhood had some great spots and it was easy to uber into town.

Ryan's place is fantastic! It's situated in a nice spot that's easy walking distance to many different restaurants. It had plenty of space and the decor felt modern. It's a great place to stay for a trip to SF!

We had an excellent experience and are grateful for Minhao’s gem of a place, which was clean, very comfortable and spacious. We also really appreciate being by Dolores Park, which is a perfect place to get some air, and all the wonderful local foodie destinations.

This place was perfect for what we needed. My colleagues and I stayed for a week and we each had our own space. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be right on Santana Row.

Peaceful and the residence were refreshingly delightful and exactly as described. Perfect place to get away and spend time with the ones you care about. The best thing was all the little things that were available for us. From fresh linens to snacks in the fridge. Couldn't of asked for anything more in rental. Ellen's spot was perfect for a girl's weekend! Walkable to the marina with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. Her home was beautiful and clean, looked exactly like the pictures. She was helpful when I had questions and accommodated an early check in with no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Tony’s place was perfect for our family’s stay near other family in Willow Glen for thanksgiving. Tony was super responsive, flexible on check-in, and a great host overall. The house was spacious, clean, and in a great location in Willow Glen. Would highly recommend to others staying in the area!

This was a great place to stay for the price and location! Clean and a good layout for a small group/family. Location is nice and a short drive from pretty much everything in San Jose area. Would recommend and visit again!

Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. House was very nice inside and out. The pluses to the house were that it has 2 full bathrooms. Most houses in the area only have 1. And the house had a driveway to park, it was not street parking only. The street was quiet and safe. We walked to the liquor store every morning to pick up forgotten grocery items. The only thing that was not as described was the 2nd bedroom. It was not a queen bed, it was a daybed with trundle but, comfortable.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

We rented this home for our families during our civil wedding and Thanksgiving, and it was perfect! My partner and I had our parents and my sister stay here, and it worked out so well. The rooms were super comfortable, the showers were 10/10, and yes, the toilet seats warm up (haha). There was fresh fruit in the front yard, and the basketball court in the back was a nice bonus. My nephew was the only kid in the group, and he had the best time playing in the lower-level room with the toys and reading books. It’s definitely a home—you can feel it. The neighborhood is stunning. We rented during fall, and the trees were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had a lot of what we needed, and we just supplemented a few things as you’d expect. The house was spotless-except for the oven, which we cleaned before using, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. The rooms and bathrooms were all SUPER clean too. Phillip and Maria were accommodating when we needed a late checkout (for an extra fee).

This is a beautiful, clean, elegant home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was much more comfortable than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The home seemed way more spacious with lots of natural light coming from the huge windows and skylight. It was six of us and we were able to spread out into our own space and come together in the common areas for some fun. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the spacious kitchen, playing a few games at the foosball and pool table, and relaxing in the ample living room with serene backyard garden views. We loved hiking in the nearby trails. We had grocery stores, church, and downtown shopping nearby. This house met the needs of all age ranges from elderly parents, teens and middle aged adults. We were all impressed with everything about the home and would definitely stay here again. The host, Jorge, was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had.

What a gem we found here at Kuei-Han’s place! ✨ As a runner, walker, and hiker, this spot was an absolute dream. The Ohlone Greenway is just around the corner, and every morning I took full advantage of it—running and walking at 5 AM with no trouble at all! 🏃‍♀️🌿 Plus, for all you hiking lovers, Wildcat Canyon is just a couple miles away and gave us a challenging but rewarding adventure. 🏞️ Everything was so convenient, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Thank you, Kuei-Han, for making our stay so wonderful! Can’t wait to come back next year! 🙌 Highly recommend this place if you're looking for easy access to nature and adventure while staying in the area!
