Cabin vacation rentals in Fosen

We have been going to Christian in Hitra for several years. The house is well equipped and has a great location overlooking the archipelago. The surrounding area is great for walks, nature is stunning. If you want to go out to the sea, you can rent a motorboat from Christian. The boat is made of aluminum and has a 130 hp outboard, which allows you to quickly get to where you want to go. If we have a question or problem, Christian always responds extremely quickly and helps us immediately. We felt very comfortable here so far and were certainly not here the last time...

The house and furnishings are super nice and cozy and the view outside is a dream. We were there in the deepest winter and I would recommend everyone to only arrive by four-wheel drive and snow chains in snow. The streets to the property are very icy and not for beginners. We had to help the neighbors (without four-wheel drive and snow chains) for over an hour from the exit, as they got stuck and the winter service was not there yet (came regularly 1-2 times a day). Otherwise, communication with Inger was great. We had a concern upon arrival regarding the cleanliness, which we were able to clarify within minutes. If you had any further questions, Inger was always super quick to reach and helped. If you want to spend a relaxing and quiet time, this is the place to be!

Everything was great, and we'd definitely stay there again. We stayed there for three nights. It's pretty spacious, with three separate bedrooms, and the host was always on hand and responsive. The cabin was clean, close to the road, had a charging station for the car, and a really nice jacuzzi with an awesome view—don't miss this one. You can also enjoy fishing and hiking at nearby spots.

We had a very nice time in the cabin of Ingvild. Very clean and you felt right at home. Surroundings were very nice looking from nature. When all this is finished, it will be great there. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely cabin with everything you could need. We are a family of 11 where there are 5 children and there were lots of activities for the children at the cabin. Large and spacious living room and kitchen, amazing view from living room. Highly recommended:-)

We stayed at Helene's house over Christmas. We immediately felt welcome upon arrival. The house was warm and lit, so we could immediately marvel at the beautiful ambiance. Helene has lovingly decorated and decorated everything. We also liked their self-painted pictures. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. A big highlight is the jacuzzi with a panoramic view. The surroundings are very quiet and nice for walking. THANK YOU for this relaxed and restful stay!

Absolutely stunning location with a great view and very communicative hosts. It can’t get much better than watching northern lights from a jacuzzi 😎 Just make sure to get a 4x4 vehicle with the necessary equipment in winter.

The cabin was very practical, the wood-burning stove was good and warm on a busy winter day. And the cabin was such that we could take our skis from the cabin door and far into the mountains. As a curiosity can be mentioned that the tap drinking water was of the very best quality, we have never tasted better water!

We had our best Christmas holidays ever at Thor's ! He is such an amazing and welcoming hosts. The fact that this is his house is truly amazing and makes it even more welcoming. The boat house is fully equipped and we had amazing activities on the ocean, even in December. Thor really went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much

The cabin is located in a quiet and nice place with a view over the bay. You can take walks on the island. Neighbors are very friendly and easy to talk to. Rorvik, a nice and small village, is a 15-minute drive from the cabin. There you will find a shopping mall, bakery, lovely church, musuem,... The host is responsive and helpful. Easy to communicate with.

Beautiful and peaceful cabin! The view from the living room is amazing. The house has everything you need, it’s very cozy and practical at them same time. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay somewhere surrounded by nature.

We had an unforgettable christmas at casa rossa. The way from parking to the house on hill was icy and hard to go, caused of heavy snow the days before. A backpacking rucksack will be better than our suitcases. The view to valley, see and fjord is really amazing. The house is eqipped by etherything you need for a comfortable stay. Ingunn answered instantly to our questions for technical things and takes care a lot. Thank you very much Ingunn!

We stayed at Mariann’s place for three nights. The house is cozy and beautiful. It has more than enough space for three or four people. The view from the terrace is great and the lake is really nice for a swim. We were surprised by the surroundings and all there is to see and do. We really enjoyed our stay. Contact with Mariann was easy.
