The apartment is strategically placed beside la Concha beach and lies at a ten minute walk from the old town. In the opposite direction are a wide variety of shops and cafes to enjoy a browse or a bite to eat. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a television/books for your entertainment. The beds are comfortable and wardrobe space is plentiful in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal with plenty of cutlery/crockery and a spacious fridge. Two bathrooms with showers ensured a n extra level of comfort. Luis was always available for advice and recommendations for the holiday. We had a very enjoyable time.

I had a wonderful time with my family in San Sebastian. I had a luck to book Blanca's place which was located at a great zone and very comfortable. Blanca was very friendly and helpful. It felt as if she were our old friend. I would like to come back to stay here.

Spectacular views, very comfortable and very stylish apartment. Very important to have parking in Zarautz. And Amaia, very attentive, did not make everything very easy. We will repeat without hesitation

Do yourself a favor and book Juan’s place, you won’t regret it. From check in to check out, the recommendations and thoughtfulness it’s a dream. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL with spectacular views and a stoned throw from the best food you can ever imagine. Listen to Juan’s suggestions, he knows what he’s talking about. My family and I enjoyed the accomodation. The three of us and our dog Ren, were comfortably accommodated. The Playa Antonio, just down the hill, was beautiful and we spent many hours walking on the beach. The tram station was close by.

The apartment is enormous and very well kept. There was plenty of space for our family of 4, with an especially large and well equipped kitchen, and more than enough room to keep out of each other’s way when we needed to. It’s blocks from the beach and a quick easy walk to the older part of town with tons of restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet but not boring. The parking spot is a definite plus. Karmen was super flexible, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
