Lucas was such a wonderful host! When I booked the house, I let him know we would be holding a dinner party for my friend's birthday. We arrived to a beautifully set table, a card, and a bottle of wine! Lucas really went above and beyond for us. His home was wonderful! I hope to stay again in the future!

This was the perfect family weekend trip! EVERYTHING is fantastic from the home to the lake access. Easy access, VERY clean. There is virtually no internet, and it was not storming the first day. I think that should be clearly and visibly advertised, almost obnoxiously advertised. However that did not affect our trip and I still rate this 5-stars and one of the best lake houses we’ve ever stayed at! I would recommend this home to anyone in the area or staying in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Kathy's house! The property was spacious, cozy, and perfect for a family vacation. The location was great, close to Dallas, Arlington, and Grapevine, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and kayaking on the lake. The house was comfortable with a user-friendly kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities like a laundry room and plenty of toiletries. The Foosball table and kayaks were fun surprises. Kathy was a great host, always accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a great house on a beautiful lake! This house had everything we needed for a long weekend- lots of amenities and the it was spotless and well maintained. Spacious inside and out with a large deck and yard on the water. Our host was a great communicator and everything worked as planned. Highly recommend!

Jen’s place is an absolute gem! The home itself is beautiful, and the large screened-in porch overlooking the pool and lake was a dream—especially in the early mornings. Sitting there with a cup of coffee, listening to the peaceful sounds of the water, was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was immaculately clean—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The layout is fantastic. We had two couples and kiddos, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably with plenty of privacy. The multiple bathrooms were a huge plus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! We did run into a small issue during our stay, but Jen was incredibly kind and proactive in her communication. She went out of her way to help us find a solution quickly, and we really appreciated how attentive she was. All around, a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

We didn’t get to stay as long as we intended but for the time that we did stay it was suitable and valuable for what it was. The pictures are a great assessment of the area. If you’re a city or suburban person, this may not be your cup of tea but if you’re looking to be, feel and enjoy outdoors … this place is PERFECT!

amazing host, with an amazing property. it kinda isolated but a 5 minute drive and your in Azel. or about a 15 minute drive through a curvey back road with amazing scenery and you'll find yourself in Fort Worth. my family had an amazing time.

The land and animals were beautiful. The house was comfy and had everything that we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. We just spent a week here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were told the water level was 9 ft at the boat dock so we could tie our boat up but after arriving it was only about 3.5 to 4 ft deep so we had to rent a slip at the west bay marina to keep our boat at the whole week which was an added expense we weren’t expecting. The house was really cozy and we loved the extra master suite separated from the main house. I wish they had left out more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels for us though knowing we had a large group so I had to provide extras and the dishwasher tablets as well. Overall, the house was great and we made it work and we all had a great time and made lots of new memories and that’s what matters most 😁
