Pictures are spot on! The house is spacious, comfortable, felt right at home! Everything was clean, organized and smelled great. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and little touches like paper flowers were a cute surprise. Michael was very accommodating, kind and welcoming to his home. If you have a chance to book here I definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at Josh’s place! The house was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area was. Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bullhead City. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying in your home. Priscilla made sure we were all the set for our trip and had great communication. We met the cleaning crew when checking in, they were super kind and friendly. It was a perfect home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you! 😊

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. We spent majority of the time in the game room competing against each other. I give it a 5 Star Rating!!!! We recommend it to families with kids all ages.. Including grown kids lol

We had a tragic house fire, and needed a very last minute booking. Marji’s place was in our same gated community, which is extremely safe and everyone looks out for each other. I don’t know Marji personally, but as late as it was, she made sure that the house got cleaned and prepared so that we had a place to stay close by. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed, even though it was a very last-minute booking. She really is an amazing host. Her place is extremely well stocked, and has everything that you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen, well stocked cleaning supplies, clean sheets, and towels, and everything else you would or could need. We stayed 11 days and never ran out of supplies. I highly recommend you stay here, especially if you want to be close to the river, but still in a safe place.

Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

This place never disappoints, entire family had a blast. Will definitely be back again.

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

For going to Bullhead City in the winter and staying in a place right on the river it was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet, and is far enough away from what is the heart of downtown was nice. I have issues with stairs but the steps down to the unit are not many and are nicely spaced. The house was pristine and I loved the open floor plan. We were lucky that it was available.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

We had a great family vacation. I Would highly recommend his place to anyone. He was very responsive when we needed help. The place was really big and clean. My daughters adored the place and didn’t want to leave when we had to. As they said, “we want to stay here forever.” We Definitely a great experience. I would definitely book with him again.
