Dhiraj is a great host! He allowed us to check in early. When we arrived the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and there some items missing like dish soap and garbage bags. Dhiraj responded immediately, sending over a cleaner (who was both fantastic and friendly!) who addressed the floors and brought the requested supplies. He also sent along a letter of apology and chocolate bars. It was a very nice touch and was very appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again!
