We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

This was the perfect place to split up a longer road trip - not far off the interstate in a quiet neighborhood. The place is private, quiet, and plenty of space for two people with everything you could need.

Michele was an awesome host. She was available via message on Airbnb and via text and responded quickly. The place was exactly as it appears in the photos provided. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks too! The water pressure in the shower was much better than any hotel. The location was great. Not far from many attractions. Quiet and peaceful. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

The house was great! Emily was so nice and accommodating all the time. It was a great place to stay. We would love to come back as it was super close to where my daughter lives it Knoxville. Huge 👍🏻

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Jenna’s place was perfectly located for our reason to trip, easy to communicate with (check in and check out processes), and the place itself was wonderful and cozy.

I absolutely LOVED staying!!! The studio was amazing and had everything we needed and then some. Extremely clean, very organized, and decore was great as well. I can't wait to stay again. Brett and Marlyse we're so welcoming and friendly. They are both very responsive to messages and give great recommendations for local places.

We spent a long weekend at Brian and Lise's place. As a previous review mentioned, the photos don't do it justice. It's a gorgeous setting overlooking the national park. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are especially nice, with a large deck, great hot tub and places for a camp fire. It's on a quiet road and while the owners live next door, the place feels private and secluded. Nothing but good things to say about this place - already looking forward to returning sometime soon. It's our new favorite spot to experience the Smokies.

Doran and Breanne allowed me to stay at their nice little guest house or what I would call MIL suite. The place was very nicely renovated. Everything was up to date and looked amazing. Clean and tidy. Smelled good as well. Felt right at home with the little Christmas Knick knacks sat out. I very much enjoyed my stay and will look to see if their place is available next time I make a weekend trip to Sevierville

Cute, perfect space for a quick get away. Found a bunch of close running trails too, so that was a fun bonus.

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

Bills place was beautiful! One of the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Bill was a very kind and warm host to have. The cottage was a very nice little place that is located near plenty of things to do. Came with many amenities just like the description says. The kitchen was the perfect size available with any cooking tools you may need. The bathroom was just gorgeous and very warm and cozy. Thanks Bill for a great first christmas in Tennessee!

We were so happy and blessed to have been able to stay at Flavio And Hanna’s cottage. It is one the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in and they were extremely kind and considerate. We hope to stay again soon!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Randy was the best. Super accommodating, had plenty of recommendations for areas and restaurants/bars to check out. If you're coming down here you're probably looking to drive some scenic roads and he knows the area and all the spots. The place had a bunch of pamphlets for all the activities to check out. The loft has a fire pit outside and Randy offered us access to his firewood free of charge which was a huge plus. Loved the private location. He was available for anything we needed and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place. Super reasonable price, cant beat the amenities and space at this price point in this area. I'll be back!

Felt right at home from the time of check-in to check-out. Due to the clean spotless kitchen, felt right at home utilizing the utensils, plates, and glasses. There were paper plates also which was a plus. Washed clothes because of the easy use of the washer and dryer. Came home with clean clothes which saved alot of time for unpacking and unwinding once I got home. It is attached to the front part of the house, but I didn’t see or hear anyone. Plan to stay again when I Knoxville again.

Cooper’s Nest is an amazing place, and we always feel at home here. Pam and Jon are wonderful hosts and incredible people. We’ll always come back!

This was a great stay! I was in Knoxville for a week during the holidays, working from home. Internet was good and it's a quiet neighborhood. You can hear some interstate noise while inside but it's not unbearable. The entry was nice, no stairs to drag my luggage up or down on. The bathroom is a bit small but manageable for a short stay! Loved the in unit laundry! I appreciated all the extra items available for use that Mandee had placed in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout the place. It's the little things that can make a difference!

Super host and the place and grounds were lovely.
