The Nut Farm - Sleeps 2 (No animals/No children)

ShannonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

TreeHouse Haven, Very Private, Great Location

JustinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This place was just what we were looking for on this trip, a small and affordable place to crash for a night when passing through. The place is in a nice neighborhood, not far from the interstate, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially familiar chains. Everything was as described and we would book again.

Quiet Peaceful Guest home Sevier County Knoxville

RichardRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Michelle's place is very quiet, peaceful, and a great little getaway! Upon entry, one is greeted by a small screened porch which is great for relaxing bug free at night and pet friendly. Once inside, the atmosphere is relaxing. Plenty of seating to relax and watch some TV. Kitchen, while dated, was well equipped with dishes, bakeware, pots/pans, etc. Snacks to get started along with some starting basics like coffee were provided (so many places do not provide this). Bathroom was well stocked with towels and extra rolls of TP, plus it wasn't the single ply cheap stuff (yes... it's the small stuff that makes to difference). Area is quiet, peaceful, very dog walking friendly. Don't mind a hill, walk up into the next neighborhood. Can pull off about 3 miles to wear out your pup. The nearby goat farm was also entertaining. This is one I will look to return to!

Walnut Grove; Pets ok; Close to Downtown

DinaRating, 5 stars14 months ago
We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Smoky Mountain Guesthouse

TerryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was absolutely beautiful inside and extremely well furnished for the epic cabin feel ! Just some fyi, the bedroom is up the stairs and outside entry only from the kitchen and living room areas below. In inclement weather, may be a little challenging to stay dry and warm between the two spaces but otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay. There are two massive wall mounted TV’s in both living areas to enjoy.

Poolside Oasis at The Salt House

RichardRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Private Loft w/ King Bed Near Gatlinburg/PF/Knox

NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This space makes you feel right at home! I felt really private, and had beautiful views. The bed and couch were very comfortable and it was very easy to set the temperature in the room to your liking between the heater and the air conditioning. Jenna was very friendly and always responded promptly. I would 1000 % recommend this space and we will definitely be back.

The Chicken Coop city meets country in a cozy spot

JasmineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very nice area, our family loves visiting Tennessee. Only thing I would say is I missed the part where it said it was heated by space heaters so during showers it wasn’t too pleasant but besides that the host provided what we needed for the stay. Overall happy

The Loft

CarynRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

Relax in a Smoky Mtn getaway near Knoxville

CarmenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

1 Bedroom 1 Bath Suite Near Neyland Stadium

JefferyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Felt right at home from the time of check-in to check-out. Due to the clean spotless kitchen, felt right at home utilizing the utensils, plates, and glasses. There were paper plates also which was a plus. Washed clothes because of the easy use of the washer and dryer. Came home with clean clothes which saved alot of time for unpacking and unwinding once I got home. It is attached to the front part of the house, but I didn’t see or hear anyone. Plan to stay again when I Knoxville again.

Cooper's Nest at Butterfly Gap

RhondaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I cannot day enough about Cooper's Nest and the host. Pam is a wonderful and talented woman and is so personable you feel like she is family. The guest home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to give the best view and cool fresh breeze through the windows. There is not one thing we would change. The bed was so comfortable with quality sheets, pillows, mattress, and comforter you don't want to leave. When life permits, we will be back.

Downtown Dash, Campus Crash: Live up Knoxville.

KerryRating, 5 stars12 months ago
This was a great stay! I was in Knoxville for a week during the holidays, working from home. Internet was good and it's a quiet neighborhood. You can hear some interstate noise while inside but it's not unbearable. The entry was nice, no stairs to drag my luggage up or down on. The bathroom is a bit small but manageable for a short stay! Loved the in unit laundry! I appreciated all the extra items available for use that Mandee had placed in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout the place. It's the little things that can make a difference!

Guest House/Studio 2 miles to downtown

EdRating, 5 stars14 months ago
I stayed at Juan’s place for the second time and I remembered the reason why I came back - it’s amazing and Juan is a fantastic host. The place is amazing and he has updated it even more with a nice padded chair if you are working from home. The chair was my biggest plus! The WiFi is just as fast as always and the location can’t be beat! If you are in the Knoxville area, you won’t find a better place.
