We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dianna’s studio, it had everything we needed and more including coffee, cooking utensils, toiletries and great local recommendations. The location is great for saving money with an easy commute on the PATH train into Manhattan. There is some occasional noises from the heating (resolves when heating turned off) and occasional street noise at night but ear plugs are thoughtfully provided.

Natalia‘s place was so great for our huge family even though it is a house divided into it is very roomy. The basement is big enough for the whole family and overall it’s just a great place you feel right at home. Highly recommend everything is walkable

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment literally in the center of Hoboken . Position is amazing and very easy to move with public transport. Check in was extremely easy and apartment was Cosy and clean . Fully furnished and very family friendly , in fact there was a little corner full of toys where kids can play . Andrew and Marina were available all the times and the instructions given for our stay were clear and detailed . I will definitely recommend this place .

We had a wonderful stay at Olivia’s place. It is exactly as advertised, and the front porch and back patio are even bigger than pictured. There were a ton of beach accessories provided with the house- beach passes, chairs, bikes, towels. It’s a great location, short walk to both the beach and restaurants/shops. Olivia could not have been nicer, and was extremely communicative and responsive. Would definitely rent again!

Danny’s place was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and so close to some amazing restaurants nearby! It was easy to check in and has all the things we needed such as a fantastic kitchen and luxurious bathroom. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at and would recommend to everyone.

Bill was an amazing host. From being up late on our first night around 1am. To being responsive, attentive and extremely helpful with anything we needed. To sharing many tips on getting into the city and around. As for the place it is extremely cozy and the perfect place to stay in for a trip to NY. Has many options nearby for food or groceries. Train is a 10 min walk and 30 min ride from Manhattan. Could not praise this location more.

We had a great time at Susan's place, and would highly recommend it. There were 3 of us adult ladies and it was so nice to each have our own room! Very comfortable, and we found the house thoughtfully laid out and decorated nicely. It really feels like you're home. Susan has the place stocked very well too. Great instructions for things around the house which made settling in very quick and easy. Location wise you couldn't be better off. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We would absolutely stay again at this lovely Airbnb!

Bigger and better than the pictures ! We rented this house for a family trip huge rooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect more than enough space . Great location . The only issue was I couldn’t adjust the heat but once I reached out to Tiran he responded and adjusted for me . I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting nyc and New Jersey

This AirBnB experience was wonderful! The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything from the homey decor to the modern updated kitchen and bathroom was more than I expected. The host provided everything we needed and then some. The extras were such a nice touch! I highly recommend this home and the host, Hilda! She was very responsive and very friendly.
