The house was very comfortable and beautifully presented. It is in a spectacular location and our family had a fantastic short vacation there. Louisa was a wonderful host and very helpful. We hope we might get another opportunity to return to this coastal gem. I would thoroughly recommend a visit here.

Our family of 4 stayed at REEF for a week and we had the grandparents visit for a couple of nights to stay with us too. Overall we had an extremely enjoyable time at the house, it’s exactly as described and had everything you needed for our weeks holiday! The rooms and beds were very comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen clean with all the amenities that were needed.. The pool and spa was definitely a highlight and provided a great alternative to swimming at the beach. Being within walking distance to the beach was amazing. the beach itself is great for kids as it’s patrolled and not too rough (at least when we were there) and watching the sunsets at Birubi Point was also a highlight!! The Tomaree Coastal track that’s literally on your door step is also really beautiful to walk along the cliffs, through the bush and along beautiful beaches. Jaymie was responsive and provided great communication before we arrived and during our stay.. We would definitely recommend the house!!!

Beautiful views. Did not realise the pool was part of a complex shared with others. Jane was very understanding and accommodating for early check in and later check out. comfortable stay. ❤️

We had an amazing stay here, and it truly was a lifesaver! Our original booking was canceled last minute, and they responded to us straight away, making everything so easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. After a stressful day dealing with the cancellation, we were able to relax in the jacuzzi, which was such a treat and helped us unwind completely. Thank you for saving our trip—we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming and peaceful stay!

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

A tidy and organised accommodation, with everything that is needed (and even more - like a perfect barbeque...) and also a lot of space. And on top very friendly and helpful hosts.

Beautiful property, nestled in Australian coastal, bushland setting. Close to beautiful beaches. The swimming pool, games room with Pool table and the BBQ area were great additions. We had the best stay at this property. Julie and Guy were friendly and welcoming and were fantastic hosts! Thank you

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was lovely, Extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was absolutely beautiful so crisp and clean. The beautiful big Deck out the back with the BBQ was great for afternoons after the beach for a lunch or dinner with the family. A beautiful big yard for the kids to play. A lovely walk to the jetty and water park just up the road. I will definitely be booking again for the future

Clare was super responsive from the moment we booked our stay . The thoughtful wine and toy for our pet dog made us feel v welcome . She had a lot of lovely local recommendations to share and her home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay . The location and proximity to the beach is a big plus especially for pet parents.

Kathryn has been an absolute gem. Finding this perfect house for our holiday and dealing with such a lovely couple who are so accommodating with their home has been a pleasure. Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

We loved every minute at this Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and peaceful surroundings! Great for big families or group of friends and so close to the beaches and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place and were blown away by the property, location and of course the view. Check in was a breeze and all instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a great stay at the property! Beautiful views of Smiths Lake and Sandbar Beach. The deck was the stand out for us- great to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was really well equipped and bedrooms were spacious. We also had a great time playing table tennis. The property is also a short drive from all the beautiful surrounding beaches and a short stroll to the the local shops. Would stay at the property again!

This house went above and beyond and had absolutely amazing features, and amenities we brought so much from home that we didn’t need because it was all available to us and we didn’t need to purchase anything extra for our few days stay!! Thank you it was perfect

We had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend Naomi’s place. There was plenty of room, very clean, well equipped and plenty to entertain ourselves. This home became more important after a night of bad storms that were awesome to watch but left us without power or mobile phones. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was extremely friendly and always in touch to help us during our stay. Thank you for our stay! ☺️

We loved our stay at Helen & Svend’s place. It was so comfortable, light and airy. With plenty of room in the kitchen, dining area, lounge, plus a large outside table with chairs. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed (we cooked a meal each evening). They had even thought about guests needing to do some washing so there was a laundry room with an outdoor hanging line. Plus two car spaces for our cars to get out of the sun, so they were cool. Overall just a wonderful place! The house is an easy walk to the beach, plus it’s right by all the cafes. Svend was so easy to communicate with and the response time was great. I’d definitely recommend this house!

The location was fantastic and the house is well equipped for a relaxing beach holiday. All the beach holiday trimmings bikes, games,ping pong,kiaks BBQ, AC, books. Excellent WiFi. Richard was really great as a host.

It felt like home as soon as you walked inside. The spa was a great addition to the stay with modern design bathrooms and a dual shower head to go with it. Felt spacious and was very convenient to the shopping centres and the sites to see around the Port Stephen’s area. The Airbnb was hosted by the lovely Marie and we couldn’t thank her enough for her communication and commitment to ensure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Great outdoor entertaining deck also. The kids loved the spa. Liz was very responsive to all requests
