Loved staying in Kathy and Dave’s home. Was using it while working nights in the area. Comfy bed, clean apartment and all amenities one needs. Would happily stay again

A beautiful retreat in a family friendly home, meeting the brief for beachy charm and hygge. Sunrise greeted each morning through floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the house - alarms quickly replaced by birdsong and distant waves. Mac’s Tree House managed to offer us even more welcome than expected and our whole family quickly fell into the gentle rhythm of the house central coast area. Books, boardgames and jigsaw puzzles were conquered, and we relished lots of walks to the beach and special moments together snuggling by the indoor log fire. We hope to return one day.

This is our second visit to NINE. A short drive from Sydney but you feel like you are miles away from the City. Beautiful immaculate house with a huge balcony on both floors with gorgeous views of the river. It’s a great place to escape to with family & friends.

A lovely house in a gorgeous part of the world - walking distance to beautiful Avalon Beach, with so many other wonderful places to visit nearby. Emma is very communicative, gave us so many great tips re restaurants and other things to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

Kid and doggy heaven! If you’ve ever wanted to stay overnight at a mix between adventure park and a luxury pet-friendly family home, this is it! To be honest, the photos don’t do the place justice and totally miss out on the zip line, the sauna, skateboard ramp, trampoline, and workout gym 😂 Best feature of all was the friendly neighborhood and wonderful off-leash beach nearby.

This is our third stay at Susana's place because we love the proximity to beach and bush and the lovely aesthetics of the home. Highlights for us are long dinners on the back balcony under the angophoras watching the sun set and early morning walks through Wyrrabalong National Park for a swim at Bateau Bay beach and a coffee at Bateau Beach Cafe on the way home. Our group of 7 find the home really comfortable and our annual holiday here really relaxing and refreshing.

Christine's cottage in Cedar Brush Creek was just perfect. We were greeted by a canopy of trees, a decorative native garden and a choir of locusts. The cottage was beautifully furnished and styled and had everything we needed. The home overlooks lush green paddocks with cows visiting in the afternoon. A second dwelling, a lovely addition with a freestanding bath and nabbed quickly by our daughter. A wonderful idyllic getaway.

The photos don’t do this beautiful home justice. Mid-century charm, open layout with indoor/outdoor living, large entertaining space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning throughout, the list goes on. Easy check-in, short walk to the beach, perfect home away from home for our family.

Our stay in Patonga was wonderful. We felt very much at home at Elizabeth and Larry’s cabin. It was spacious, very neat and clean and had everything that we needed and more. Having direct access to Patonga Creek and availability of kayaks and a row boat was fantastic for our boys. Elizabeth and Larry were great hosts and we hope to have a return visit soon.

Kate’s place is exactly as portrayed in all the photos . The views were absolutely stunning and we spent evenings watching sunset on the deck. Having stayed in many Airbnb, this was definitely the most well stocked with kitchen cupboard & cleaning supplies and appliances all well provided. Kate was very easy to communicate with and always answered any messages I would highly recommend this listing . Thank you

Great location, Jerry and Carly were easy to communicate with, Ralph is really well behaved and super friendly - always offering one of his toys as a warm welcome - there are lots of really good restaurants and cafes nearby, the beach is just down the road from this place and parking was easy too. This studio is perfect for short stays.

Patti’s place is a breezy little oasis. It is exactly as described, and has a lovely Bali vibe to it. It is built away from the street so is whisper quiet, which makes sitting in the outdoor area really peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cutlery you need. As others have said, we particularly liked that there were two bathrooms. Probably the only thing we would’ve loved is some aircon, at least in the common kitchen/living area, but otherwise the ceiling fans were definitely helpful and welcome on a hot weekend! We had an amazing two-night stay at this apartment! The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—it was the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Lisa’s home over the weekend celebrating our friend’s wedding. The house was beautiful and spacious, with an incredible pool and a Balinese theme. Lisa left us a cheese board which was such a nice touch, and beautiful flowers laid out on every step and throughout the house. It was perfect. Lisa herself is so lovely and we would absolutely love to come back, 5 stars all round!

Beautiful big home, a lot of fun for my big family, and all the kids loved it! Pool and pool table were a big hit. Nice big communal kitchen and dining were very ideal. The place was close to shops, and beach. We had everything we needed for a beautiful weekend away and lily’s communication was flawless. Thanks for having us

It was a beautiful location with the dining area and outside area overlooking the beautiful river. A very convenient location, walking distance to nearby shops and beach. The house is spotless, comfortable and tastefully furnish. Kitchen was well stock with appliances and amenities.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

Great house in an excellent location - a few minutes walk to the beach and the creek - great to have our own pool altough the beach and creek were excellent for a dip! The deck was great for dining/relaxing. All in all Patonga is a great spot for a family break - and Katrina's is a great place to stay!

This place was great , such beautiful views, really open and spacey. Victoria came to welcome us when we checked in and made herself available for us if we needed her. She made sure the necessities were stocked for us and left instructions for all gadgets . We didn’t want to leave . Was so perfect for me and my family
