A perfect place to stay.

It was one of the best vacations we had in Italy! One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Super private, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Everything we needed and were looking for on this trip. The views and landscape are so breathtaking! So many nature! And best of all: dog friendly! Can't wait to go back soon!

Lovely villa nice and clean and perfect for relaxing. The pool is a great size and the views from the villa are beautiful. I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the surroundings. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and the cooking class was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this villa!

Our son was in Castel San Pietro Terme with his trainer for 1 week. They loved Cristina's place and really enjoyed their stay there. Cristina was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We definitely recommend it. If we are in the area again, we would very much like to book with Cristina again.

We booked this sweet place because of a review that we saw of their lovely deli just under the apartment! Everything you'd want... Sara and Cristiano are wonderful hosts, the place is in the middle of everything Ravenna... walk to all restaurants, 15 minutes walking from the train and very quiet, although on busy walking street. Our hosts helped us with restaurant reservations and kindly helped us with places to see and go... Just book it! It's perfection.

We sincerely thank Antonella for her sunny welcome and for her availability. The house is wonderful, cozy and well furnished, with all the essentials. The location is optimal.

Jackie is the best host one can imagine - very friendly and always ready to help if needed. The apartment is big enough, has a new bathroom (with shower), mosquito window nets, air conditioning and everything you can need (including 2 hairdryers and ironing stuff). And even more. Although be prepared for mosquitos, they are annoying in that climate. Jackie left even anti-mosquito sprays for us. It was a great vacation, I wish you the same!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We returned to Alessandra's apartment after a few years, already the first time the house was perfect for our needs, now it is even more beautiful and comfortable! Very close to the sea and complete with all the services imaginable. Great experience and we hope to be back soon! Thanks Alessandra, highly recommended! Gianluca

Comfortable apartment, practically on the beach, nice to have breakfast looking at the sea. Very close to Mirabilandia. The apartment had all the comforts and was very clean. Matteo and his dad are very kind and hospitable.

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

What a gem. It is right in the middle of the village and next to the Casentinesi Forests, it is beautifully decorated and everything is very clean. Bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has literally everything. Trail maps and insulated bottles for hiking trips were definitely a plus! Host is very responsive and is able to show up within the hour if you ever need anything. I’ll definitely book again next year.

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Have a reall nice stay at Marina‘s place! Nice location close 500m from Rimini‘s train station and 500m from the beach! Nice and big appartment as shown in the pics with all the ammenites and confort! Kitchen well equiped withh all you need plus breakfast food left by Mariana for the stay! Thx Giorgio for picking us up from the station at the checkin, you save our life during a heavily rainy day! Highly recommenf this place and we will rent this flat again in case we return back to Rimini. Cheers and all the best!

Second stay at Francesca's and like the first one, everything was perfect. Air conditioning has been added since last time and it was not a luxury since we had a very hot temperature during our stay. But with this equipment the shaded garden, the sun terrace, we were able to fully enjoy Forli and its surroundings. Thanks to Francesca for anticipating and kindness.

we had great long weekend the house was as per description close to sea. The host was responsive and flexible. double glazed window would be excellent ! 👌 I highly recommend for families thank you.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Nice and beautiful house with wonderful swimming pool. Good host, beautiful surroundings. Very nice place to discover Italy with lots of nice things nearby and to relax!

We really enjoyed the stay at Scarlett’s cozy place. The flat is perfectly equipped for two people and the kitchen had everything one could ask for. The possibility to use the pool, garden and tennis court, directly across the street was greatly appreciated. Forli itself is not that interesting! But it is a perfect location for day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Bologna and many more beautiful and interesting places. Shoutout to Scarlett’s brother that gave us many great tipps for day trips, food etc✌️ Thank you very much we really enjoyed our time Forli!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.

A nice apartment that is on the first floor of a larger farmhouse where the family live. Well equipped kitchen although the dishwasher did not work (hopefully it can be fixed or replaced for future guests). Good breakfast including homemade torta. Great pool area with tables and bbq. Riccardo was always available if we needed anything. The apartment was clean although the floors were quite dirty. Location is ok - close to a main road but not too much noise. The restaurant in the village is highly recommended and only a 5-10 minute walk. But otherwise you would need to drive to restaurants. Good value for money (there were two of us and we had the whole place to ourselves including the pool).
