Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Forestville

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel at home during our stay. The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

The place was exactly like the picture showed. The house has lots of space very comfortable. We enjoy so much the playroom and it’s huge. The location of the house was fantastic right in the center of everything. Very well equipped kitchen and the beds was superb. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The house is stunning. Beautifully decorated and designed and located in the peaceful forest - perfect for a getaway. The location is great, you have easy access to the coast and outdoors as well as wineries and towns/restaurants. Couldn't recommend this house more!

My family booked all 3 of Eric's properties for our Thanksgiving this year. I did not have the pleasure of staying in this house myself (I stayed next door), but all of the reports from my family were that it was great. People and dogs all had a fantastic time. Communication was prompt for any questions we had. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and multiple gathering spaces for our large group.

I travel for work and frequently stay in Airbnbs. This is my FAVORITE one. Rhonda and Jeanine left a handwritten thank-you, my favorite kind of beer, and home made salsa. The home is immaculate and cozy and they truly thought of everything to make this stay fantastic! 💛

What a beautiful escape for a weekend away. The stunning views, the private location, the comfortable amenities made this a wonderful landing spot for us.

I loved staying at Amy’s. First of all, I loved all the windows and the skylights . You feel like you are in a treehouse in nature surrounded by big trees. They have really put thought into this Airbnb with all the little touches, like hooks in the right places, shelving, lighting, work spaces, etc. There is a mudroom where you enter and lots of place for storage and even a flashlight hanging by the door for night time dog walks and also “poop” bag dispenser. Huge, comfy bed. I enjoyed the well lit work space nook for doing some artwork. The kitchen is a full kitchen with even a gas range. The bathroom looked new and was super clean and included two robes. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous homes and flowering trees and bushes. From the Airbnb you get a beautiful peek of green farmland/ wetlands below in the distance. If that wasn’t enough, there were farm fresh eggs in the fridge and Amy delivered two warm freshly baked muffins! Yum! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our several days in Sonoma at this property. The rental was less than a block away from shopping and restaurants, and the town center. It was very well furnished, clean and comfy. The two bedrooms and two baths were both very spacious, perfect for two couples. The living area and kitchen were great, and we appreciated the coffee pods and Keurig. We were in the upstairs unit. Parking was simple in the back, right by the stairs. Of course, we were very close to the Sonoma wineries and Napa was a short and easy drive away. In summary, this rental was excellent and I would recommend it without reservation.

We stayed at Ann's place for five nights and had a wonderful experience. Ann was responsive and proactive in her communication, even sending us local recommendations before we started our vacation. Check in was flexible and Ann met us when we got in. The space was exactly as described with additional thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks. Ann even brought us fresh strawberries - absolutely delicious. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We highly recommend Lily's Loft and Ann as a fantastic home base in the Sonoma/Napa area.

Raquel's place is cozy and comfortable, in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to family we went to visit and also easy to get to shopping and restaurants. We like to do some cooking, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some bonuses, like spices. The beds are comfy, bath done up with a designer walk-in shower, all amenities provided. Don't forget to look in the closets for your big fluffy robe and extra towels!

Monica & John were extremely accommodating and helpful, also very kind and friendly. Very willing to go above and beyond as well as helping problem solve when an issue arose.

This place gets all the details right in my opinion. Water pressure was awesome, it was very quiet/peaceful, central heater worked great and had an additional floor heater in case you want to turn it up a bit. Linens and towels were high quality, I slept very well here. It is walking distance from a couple restaurants and bars, highly recommend for a solo trip or with a significant other.

Great communication. Easy check in and all was as expected.
