Always my go to place to stay locally!

A big apartment with plenty of amenities. It really feels like home. Communication with the host was as smooth as possible. Strong Wi-Fi signal everywhere. A great vacation place. The only issue for some is that it is far from everything, without a car, restaurants, groceries, etc. are in reality out of reach, at least with a small child.

This is our second time staying at Matthew’s place. It is spacious and in a beautiful location and has everything needed for a comfortable stay in the Lynchburg area. Host is easy to reach and responds quickly to messages.

Wanda was the absolute best! We’ve stayed at many places in Lynchburg over the years. The Acorn Hill Lodge will be our go to spot from now on. From the super amazing cozy king size bed, to the absolutely delicious made to order complementary breakfast to our pup being welcomed like a member of the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Oh, and the spa!!! My daughter had the full body hot stone massage and was in heaven!! This place is a must!!

Melody’s place was just what we needed. Great price, simple and clean, plenty of space, and great price. We planned on spending our time out and about with friends and in town and it was easy to come back to. Nice hot shower and a quiet place to crash for the night. I loved that I could afford the space to set up my toddler in his own room and I could have my own space after he went to bed. I love the location too, as there are many places super close for coffee, dinner, an afternoon smoothie, etc. Melody was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb properties over the years. Mountain View was GREAT!!! VERY Spacious and comfortable. The property had views that were terrific. Large open green meadow views to frame in the Peaks of Otter in the distance. Outside chairs make that view relaxing after exoring Lynchburg and surroundind towns like Bedford. Dedicated parking was convenient. Inside the property it is VERY Spacious and most comfortable. The property is perfect for a couple seeking relaxation and privacy. But because of it's Spacious Layout several couples can not feel crowded. This property and location was very accommodating and is a rare find and the hosts saw to our every need.

We only stopped in for about 8 hours as a place to stay the night during our road trip, but it was a beautiful woodsy location and a very clean cute place inside!

We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly face, as well as helpful hands. We wish we could have stayed longer and the weather was better. It would have been nice to take advantage of all that was offered. We enjoyed the vintage pinball machines and how comfortable this place was.

John and Sharon were terrific hosts. They left a "Welcome" card with delicious muffins from a local bakery. We have stayed in many Airbnb's around the lake and this location has the best views we have seen. The interior looks brand new and updated, tasteful decor, and very comfortable bed. We found everything we needed to cook dinner both nights we stayed. We were given access to the Tiki Bar where we sat in comfortable outdoor furniture overlooking the lake. We sat with our coffee enjoying the cool morning, colorful Fall leaves and saw a mother and baby deer scamper across the backyard. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

The rental was clean and cozy. Having some different spices and coffee available was a nice plus. The access to the lake was A1. Being able to access the lake with a kayak was a new and rewarding experience for me. Lynne was easy to reach thru the app but allowed my wife and I our space during our time there. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Newly renovated, clean, nicely decorated! Great place for our stay for a couple of nights. Off street parking all the way to the house was a plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay, Viviana was very responsive and accommodating and the upstairs residents were very respectful, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Any questions were answered very quickly and they are all very friendly people. Even helped to make accommodations when my returning flight was canceled. 5 stars, would stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! Mary is so sweet and hospitable and the accommodations were just what the post described and perfect for my stay in Lynchburg.

A perfect private fully equipped apartment. Immaculately clean. You will love the backyard wooded area. Very much like a fully equipped cabin in the woods. The Lynchburg and surrounding areas have plenty to do. The host was amazing. Stay with Lori once and you will definitely want to return.

Good host checking on us making sure everything was good. Have to say this Airbnb was one of the most interesting I've stayed at. If you love motorcycles and Harley Davidson you'll love this place. Like a mini memorabilia museum of stuff you can tell a lot of work and passion went into this. Good location for visiting Liberty University, plenty of restaurants right down the road.

The location was perfect for my visit to Liberty University. I had a wonderful stay in this lovely, comfortable, clean, and quiet home. Donna was the perfect host. She was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I appreciated the snacks she provided too.
