Beach condo vacation rentals in Forest Dunes

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful and peaceful apartment. Everything was very clean and most importantly, there was a wonderful ocean view in balcony. I highly recommend Cody apartment for whoever wants to stay in a clean and comfortable place.

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach and we had the pleasure of staying the whole month and we enjoyed every moment the view from the balcony was breathtaking, to watch the sunrise, and set was amazing, We were very pleased because the room had every we needed to make us feel right at home. We were able to have easy access to the beach we enjoyed walking , and sitting on the beach, we also enjoyed, heated pool, Hot tub, and lazy river. Words cannot express how we enjoyed our trip. It is so many great things to do all around. We were able to fellowship with a nice church on the corner of 25th and Kings (Kingsway Pentecostal Holiness Church) we will definitely be back. Our host was able to help with any of our needs as well. Which made our stay even better.

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

Bethany’s place was amazing!! My family of 3 and another family stayed here for our daughter softball all stars these past several days. We were all comfortable not on top of each other! All the rooms were amazing too, the ocean view was perfect! We all lovedddd this place and will book again! Bethany answered all and any questions & was quick response and very helpful with anything I needed. Definitely recommend this place! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We normally vacation in Florida, but we wanted to try something different this year. We really enjoyed our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved that the condo was right on the beach. We have three kids ages 5,6, and 7. They loved playing in the waves every day for hours. The second bedroom was perfect for our three kids with bunk beds and a second bed. One could probably comfortably fit a fourth child in the bottom bunk, which was a double bed. It is sometimes difficult to find accommodations to fit three kids so this set up was great. My husband and I enjoyed the balcony and ocean view/breeze. We spent the early mornings drinking coffee out there before the sunrise. My husband enjoyed walking on the beach outside the condo and watching the sunrise come up over Apache Pier. Dan checked in proactively to make sure we had all the information we needed and to make sure we had everything we needed at the condo. We appreciated his friendliness, responsiveness, and intentionality.

John’s place was exactly as described. Furniture & beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. John was very communicative & even dropped by to check on us. Would love you come back again!!

Ericka’s place was great for my mother’s birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves. Ericka was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. The view was great & peaceful. She also provided snacks that we got to enjoy. I would stay here again just because of how attentive Ericka was.

Wonderful visit! Great location. Water views from the balcony and directly across the street from beach access. The condo was clean, well furnished and appointed and as advertised. Ashton is a thoughtful and gracious hostess. Very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Nice place near the beach, 7-8 min walk. It has everything we needed to stay five days with our dog. Lots of linens, comfortable bed, TV, work station. Highly recommend!

Convenient and peaceful space that was great for me & the dogs. Lots of nice walking trails but minutes to everything. Super communicative and responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Great location, mins to everything. Shopping mall, aquarium, WonderWorks, restaurants and right at the beach. 4 hot tubs in the building, not all work though, but we enjoyed our time at the hot tubs and pools. The view was breathtaking.

Loved Jason’s place. He gave us a free VERY early check in with no hassle. Everything was as described, clean and comfy. We enjoyed our time here and would 100% stay here again or at another property of Jason’s. The only thing is the back door to the porch requires a lot of force to close and open as it is heavy and a little broken.

We enjoyed our girls weekend in Myrtle Beach. Sarat’s place is very nice. We all were comfortable and felt safe during our stay. We would definitely use Sarat’s place again.

This location was beautiful, and easily accessible to anywhere (beach, marsh walk, etc). The view of the ocean was unmatched! Would 20/10 recommend to anyone visiting the southeast coast!

We were thrilled with everything! After having trouble streaming the first night, Jay was extremely helpful trying to troubleshoot and then went out the next day to buy and install a Roku. She was super friendly and responsive. A+++

Our vacation lived up to our expectations knowing the area well. The only area would be communication/expectations between the 2 owner/partners. We were expecting someone to meet us with our necessary key cards and bracelets; we were told upon arrival everything was in the unit waiting on us and “just get someone to let you in past the key card door.” Luckily someone came to the door but could’ve been very frustrating after 4.5 hour drive.

This unit is very spacious and nicely decorated. Enough room to gather all together to eat a meal and also sit around and socialize. It was well stocked with beach items such as towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. It was nice to have the starter items such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, a few pods for dishwasher and washing machine, and even little shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Margate Tower is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area right on the ocean. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. Lots of restaurants and stores very close by. The owners are very quick to respond to questions or issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I decided on North Myrtle Beach for our mini (honey)moon and couldn’t have been happier with this Airbnb. The condo was clean, spacious, and overall felt like home. And the view from the balcony just can’t be beaten. There were lots of restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive - personal favorites were Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse, Sunday’s Best Jamaican, and Melt (ice cream)! We also had everything we could possibly need for the nights we stayed in and cooked. On another note, Steven and the other cohosts were extremely responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely come back and stay again!
