Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Forest City

the place was great. very private, even though an apartment, it had no neighbor's. very clean and well laid out. thank you!

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice place

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Absolutely perfect. Cozy downtown apartment feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the burger shop downstairs was so delicious for a diner feel. We walked around everywhere and there was so much to do! We felt safe and the place was absolutely beautiful and had little local elements which were so charming. No complaints about anything! A word of warning- the autumn forest puzzle in the apartment is SO HARD and that’s coming from a seasoned puzzler. I had to give up :’( Thank you so much for having us!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for Furman, Greenville sites and activities. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and needed things. Home has been completely renovated and was so nice.

Andrew place was very lovely. It was very spacious and very clean! Loved the corner little bench right by the window, it was very cozy. The hottub was amazing and relaxing! The house felt really cozy and comfortable. The stores around the area aren't even that far from the place. I'll definitely come back again!

A most pleasant place to stay

This place was fantastic to stay at. There was a lot of room. Only about 10 minutes from everything to eat or do. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. The home definitely can sleep a lot of people but only 5 spaces in the living room to sit down. Other than that, everything was perfect and we enjoyed this area while searching for colleges and apartments. Jennifer was responsive and able to fix any and all issues very quickly.

It is a great set up and a very charming apartment. Beautiful decorated and very clean. We had a small issue with the AC but our host was very responsive and fixed the issue at our convenience. The only issue we had was with noise. The host offers ear plugs which did help. Overall we found the place to be great and in the heart of the Asheville scene

Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

We loved staying at Joslyn's place. Everything was perfect, just as described ,and the location is great for walking around the area, sight-seeing, shopping, eating out, and visiting art galleries and live music venues. The condo itself is super comfortable and offered everything we needed plus some. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!

Adorable condo steps from so many of the things you want to do, see and eat in Greenville. Easy walk to Bon Secours for events, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Liberty Bridge and so many restaurants, we didn't have time to try all the ones we wanted to try. The condo is so cute and comfortable. It's on a busy street but we slept so well in the back room with the noise machine on. Such a comfy bed! The hosts thought of everything to make your stay cozy from night lights to lots of places to plug in and charge devices. Communication was smooth and easy from beginning to end. We fully enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again.
