I was needing a quiet place to get away to rest and recuperate from months of traveling. The lower level of the house is well furnished, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for home style living. The home is in a rural area where peace and quiet and nice views are readily available. A daily walk around the neighborhood was what I needed for simple exercise. The city of Okotoks is a 15 minute drive away for ease of getting grocery and getting out. Calgary is only 20-25 minutes to the north which all the options a large metropolitan city offers.

A lovely getaway with friends over New Year's. Very much enjoyed the space and surroundings and can tell it would be even better in the summer. Everything was great about the stay, although the water does smell quite sulfury when it's running which didn't make showering super enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasure coordinating with Donna and the caretaker of the property, Ian, was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Glamping Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarah’s charming glamping site, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was serene, nestled in nature with stunning views that made for the perfect escape from the city. The tent was spacious, clean, and had all the cozy touches that made it feel luxurious—think fairy lights, soft blankets, and even a little heater to keep things toasty at night. Waking up to the sounds of nature while enjoying a cup of coffee was absolutely dreamy. The outdoor amenities were well thought out.The host was fantastic too—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I can’t wait to come back again for another peaceful retreat in summer!

A group of friends stayed at Bryan’s house for the weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. Bryan’s home was comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We felt right at home and really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and relaxing in the hot tub. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great space for a big group, all the amenities were great and the host is responsive and attentive. We had a great week long stay, the beds were super comfortable, all the basics and more are available in the homes. The layout of the house is so great for privacy as well as common space use. The neighbourhood is under construction so there’s some noise during the day (nothing you can’t ignore or tune out most of the time) but that isn’t anything the host can do anything about and once the rest of the area is built, it would be much quieter. There’s a park for kids down the street and lots of parking available. Overall 10/10

We needed a place to stay for three weeks while our own home was undergoing repairs. Luckily, Stella's place was available and she provided a long-stay discount. Her place was like home away from home with ample space for my family of 4. She was very responsive whenever we needed something (eg. asking to borrow their vacuum cleaner). She was also very understanding when it came to my 2 toddlers making lots of noise while playing. The basement suite was very private, had its own laundry and a fully equipped kitchen . Even though we're locals, I can tell how nice this airbnb would be for non-locals/tourists. Thanks Stella and Oluwatosin! You guys were amazing hosts!

It's easy to find a good place to stay in Calgary. I was concerned about being on the very south end of the city and being too far from everything, but the Seton area is perfect. It has everything right there including the VIP movie theatre. It's a great side by side, very homey and comfortable. Time went by fast there. Jennifer was always fast to respond, price was very reasonable, we extended our time twice and would definitely stay again

The Deer House - a character cabin in the woods

My friends and I absolutely loved The Deer Cabin. It was clean and spacious. Very equipped kitchen. Although we ended up staying mostly indoor due to rain but the sun room provided a lot of space for kids to run around playing indoor games. Spencer was more than helpful! He was fast in responding to all inquiries. Check in/out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended this cabin to everyone! We are looking into booking again for next gathering with friends & families.

Really great place if you want to get away from everything and live on a remote farm. Comfortable beds. Really nice place, we loved it. Hosts had everything well organized. Fresh cut flowers throughout the place. Fresh eggs and veggies in the fridge. These guys are awesome.

Very nice spot, close to town, and easy to get to and from. there's a nice view from the unit of the park behind, but it still feels private. We had deer in the yard coming right up to the house. You can easily walk downtown to the restaurants and bakerys if you want, or it's a super quick drive.

From the moment we arrived at Emma’s place, we knew we were in for something special. We were greeted by two massive, happy puppies who instantly made us feel welcome. The landscape surrounding the cabin was breathtaking – peaceful, scenic, and the perfect setting to unwind. The cabin itself was everything we hoped for and more. Inside, it felt like home – cozy, charming, and incredibly well-maintained. One of the highlights was finding the fridge stocked with milk and eggs, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. We decided to kick back and watch a movie, but the collection of books/textbooks caught our eye and we spent a few hours going through this collection, and the cabin had everything we needed to make that a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was so comfortable, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. Emma truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Her hospitality and responsiveness was amazing. Will come back!! Thanks Emma and family!
