Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Anthony & Gina were very prompt as well as thorough with everything. Met me at the driveway, gave me a walkthrough, very detailed instructions with amenities & was very friendly. The bed, omg the bed. I could sleep in it for days. The color scheme between the bed, bathroom & kitchenette was on point. Recommendations for the nearby neighborhood are helpful for anyone staying in the area & is unfamiliar. Sacramento is a 2nd home for me so it was perfect for anyone looking to stay close to a freeway, restaurants, Walmart & grocery store. Highly recommend, planning to come again!!

The home was beautiful and comfortable, with many great amenities. Matthew provided great and clear information about the neighborhood, home, and nearby attractions. The neighborhood was a comfortable family neighborhood with walking paths in a nearby park. My mother-in-law said her bed was more comfortable than her bed at home! Our daughters loved the cats, who are very comfortable in the home and very friendly. I would recommend this home!

Nice house. Comfortable beds. Very responsive host - the door code had to be reset and Jeremy did it instantly, and the WiFi went out and he fixed it remotely with no issues. Sort of a lot of rules, but most of it is common sense stuff. Garage to park a small car in was definitely a plus. Would stay again.
