Very nice and functional house, located in a pretty setting overlooking the Sarthe. The proximity to the village of Malicorne is also a good point with all amenities. Finally, thank you to Catherine for hosting us and for her attention.

Marie and Youen couldn’t do enough for us. Even ferried us back and for to a family wedding. Gite was excellent and the quality of bedrooms and bathrooms were very high speck. Would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for an atypical accommodation, full of good surprises, in the hollow of a small vegetable nature beautifully guided by Laurent and witness all the wealth of soul of the master of the place , then come absolutely here! In addition, this Cottage is ideally placed to discover, at max 40 km, a whole range of activities: bike tours, forest, zoo, castles, small characteristic villages... and Laurent is not to be left of good advice. Not living in the place, we did not meet him directly...and yet we feel like we know him so much his presence permeates the accommodation and guided us throughout the stay. Exceptional stay!! 😍😍😍 The house and the property are even more amazing in real life than in photos even if these are still very attractive already... Hosts are proactive, warm and available while being discreet. The biquettes will undoubtedly appeal to young and old alike. Our next stay is already in preparation and the place is all found.
