Very nice and functional house, located in a pretty setting overlooking the Sarthe. The proximity to the village of Malicorne is also a good point with all amenities. Finally, thank you to Catherine for hosting us and for her attention.

We had a great time at this cottage! Everything was perfectly as described, with a quiet setting and ideal for relaxing. Sébastien was very welcoming and his detailed explanations made our installation simple and pleasant. The cottage is well equipped, clean and very warm, with small touches like the stove ready to light. Again thank you for this experience!

Marie and Youen couldn’t do enough for us. Even ferried us back and for to a family wedding. Gite was excellent and the quality of bedrooms and bathrooms were very high speck. Would definitely recommend it.

We were well received by Linda and Dominique who were able to make themselves available at the time of our arrival. We had a pleasant stay in their accommodation, convenient, well arranged and perfect for a family of 4. Our teens enjoyed having a dedicated floor and we were on the ground floor. We note the address which is very convenient for visiting our loved ones.

Only 2 nights on this beautiful ranch on a business trip, I really enjoyed this place, which has a lot of charm and is located in a very unspoiled natural environment. Stéphanie is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this listing if you want to have a quiet stay, with the company of horses. The accommodation is very well equipped and tastefully decorated.

It's a nice place to stay! Really calm, kitchen well equipped and good comfort in general. Parking inside the property. The host were friendly and available to any question.
