On a large forest plot of more than 2000m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double basin, independent toilet. Capacity 4/5 beds or 6 depending on children.

6 nights minimum during school holidays. I’ve recently re-opened the July/ August calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

In the countryside with its corner of greenery. You will find an entrance hall with a washing machine and a laundry rack, as well as toilet. Then, a well equipped kitchen (crepe maker, raclette machine, oven, plancha) with a wood/charcoal cooker, offering a view of the equipped terrace from half spring (barbecue, furniture.) Upstairs you will find the living room, a shower room, toilet, as well as two bedrooms in a row one of them with an office area.
