The living room and bedrooms are well separated. Perfect if you have small children!!! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable! The plus, accepting dogs! Excellent!

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

What an incredibly magical home with gorgeous gardens. An absolutely perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Michel was super kind, welcoming, and responsive. Best place ever!

Accommodation matches the photos perfectly. Rare nowadays on the platform, this is the primary residence of an individual who welcomes visitors himself. Paulo is a very welcoming and warm person. He always responded to all our requests and there were many during our stay. The housekeeping and cleanliness were impeccable. The quiet environment as well as the pool allowed us to recharge our batteries. I would recommend this host without hesitation.

We had a great holiday in this house. We instantly felt at home. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed (toys, books etc). The garden is a Dream come true for everyone. There are a lot of beautiful castles to visit. It is a quiet and peaceful environment. Communication with the hosts was easy, fast and very friendly. Charming Touraine farmhouse located in the heart of Ballan Miré on the village square with all the shops nearby. Vintage and flea market lovers will love the decor, we were warmly welcomed by Karine and had a great time.

The house is well-equipped to accommodate 5 couples, each with their own bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our aperitif dinners (oven, dishes, plates, etc.). It's a very nice house to have a good stay. Thanks to Alexandre for his kindness and responsiveness.

Great place in the old mill on the edge of the Indre. The setting is beautiful and the place is spacious. Natacha was very available and responsive in our exchanges. We came to do a training in our office in Chambray-lès-Tours and we finally did it in the mill :)

We had a lovely weekend at Cyril's. Chronologically, very good relationship by message, communication was easy between him and me. On the day of check-in, he sends me additional photos to tell me where to park, etc., which is very nice. The accommodation itself is as advertised in the photos, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend it 100%, no complaints.

Spent a beautiful week after Christmas with my family. Was a perfect farm stay, quiet and picturesque, lots of walks, sitting by the fire reading and cooking. All amenities well provided, had raclette on NYE. An amazing stay.

Very functional house, ideal for a weekend getaway with family. Gwenael anticipated our arrival by providing us with a brand new barbecue which we were able to enjoy all weekend. Very nice environment, surrounded by vineyards and close to rivers and Chinon. Recommended!

Great stay in Ballan-Miré! We had a very nice weekend with friends in this place, quiet, while relaxing thanks to the hot tub. The place matches the photos, everything was very clean and cozy. We also really enjoyed the decor! We had a car so it was quite convenient to go to Tours using the nearby relay car parks (10 min drive). We were disappointed to leave so quickly...

We had a great family stay in this charming cottage! Very nice common living spaces, and nice bedrooms upstairs. Very nice for a family stay with games and childcare equipment for young children. We'll be happy to go back!
