House vacation rentals in Fondettes

It was not in a holiday context that I stayed with Marie-Rose, but to settle in the area. Kind, attentive and helpful, Marie-Rose followed my research and prospecting😃, her place is quite suitable for long stays in this beautiful region.

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

Very pleasant stay in an authentic home, full of charm and history. The space was really appreciated by young and old alike. In particular, the touches of attention such as the Christmas tree or the bottles of Crémant made us happy. Our host welcomed us to his home with confidence, as if we were family! Thank you so much. The visit to the neighboring castles, decorated for Christmas, was a treat!

Excellent stay in the Loire Valley, great for exploring various areas and towns. Estelle was excellent host, attentive and went above and beyond. The pool was excellent during the summer, all facilities were as described ++. Great little find, had a lovely 3 days.

Accommodation is true to the photos. Rare now on the platform, this is the primary residence of an individual who welcomes visitors himself. Paulo is a very welcoming and warm person. He has always responded to all of our requests and there were many during our stay The cleaning and cleanliness was impeccable. The quiet environment as well as the pool allowed us to fully recharge the batteries. I would recommend this host without hesitation.

Our stay was most pleasant at Valerie and Bruno's place. They're really friendly. To visit the Loire Valley, the place is perfect if you have a car.

Very large accommodation that allows you to find yourself in number without being on top of each other. Plates, cutlery, glasses, dishes... in sufficient number for a large group. Shops (bakery, butcher, ...) nearby, within walking distance, and supermarket 5 minutes drive away. Friendly and attentive hosts. This is our second time renting this place for a family weekend (2 nights). We would recommend it.

Charming Touraine farmhouse located in the heart of Ballan Miré in the village square with all the shops nearby. Vintage and flea market enthusiasts will be delighted by the decoration, we were well received by Karine and had a great stay.

We had a great weekend with friends in Rochecorbon. The house is very well equipped, everything was as described, clean and comfortable. The hosting was warm and the hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful home with beautiful spaces for a family reunion. We really enjoyed the living room by the fire and the ideal kitchen for the day before and on Christmas Day. A little out of the way compared to the village of Montbazon but with stunning views of the Indre that you should enjoy in summer. Excellent food shops also in Montbazon to perfect the party and accommodation.

great place!!! located in the wing of a large quiet house. we had a great time!! it was very quiet and pleasant with a magnificent view. our host was very nice. the dog's welcome was great, our child had a great time with her.

Anaïs was a great host! She answered all questions super quickly. Its accommodation is in line with the description, very clean. The parking is really right next door. The services made available are above what has been proposed. Anaïs knows to pamper these guests. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great little house in a quiet location just outside Tours. Everything is modern and new, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy and secure parking. Highly recommend this house as a base for exploring the region by car.

Great stay at Hervé's place! The spaces are large and welcoming. You can go there without second thought, it's spotless: everything is clean, tidy! Hervé is a welcoming and super responsive host! And the quiet accommodation is close to everything: Castles, Caves, Amboise!

It’ an unique old house located in the middle of the nature. Lovely quiet place with big garden. Patrick and Benny are really nice hosts, very friendly. We also enjoyed company of little dog Lilly and 3 peacocks.

We loved our stay. The accommodation was simple yet beautiful. Remote and peaceful. In the middle of a sunflower farming area. All blossoming as we arrived and in full bloom as we left Swimming pool was a huge plus for the kids. A great base to return to after exploring the area. Absolute peace and quiet. Kids and us all loved being part of a larger farm environment. Sheep, lovely Springers and even a whole gang of working hounds. None of which impacted on the private accomodation. Just fun to see. No WiFi for us was a plus. We completely escaped work and everything else for ten days. Bliss. We even jumped on a train to Paris from Tours for the day (in August. We must be mad). Tours, Amboise and Vouvray (wine) were stand out places and anything along the beautiful La Loire river.
