Nearby is Plymouth, Jackson, and Sutter Creek . Our own captain loves Lake Amador, Lake Pardee and Lake Camanche all located here in Ione.

I recently had my second stay at the Cozy Corner Cottage. It is a pretty house with a beautiful yard and lovely flowers. I felt very comfortable and safe for this extended stay. That is why I chose to stay here again. They were prompt in replacing a household item for me and toiletries as well. You will not be disappointed by the comfort and sweetness this home has to offer.

This cute little studio is exactly as advertised, except they don’t say how incredibly walkable it is to everything! Great coffee, restaurants, bars and walking all nearby. The Capital Park is very close, and strolling amongst the amazing flowers, plants and the peace rose garden is peaceful and lovely. The place is really well appointed and set up. Highly recommend.

Anthony & Gina were very prompt as well as thorough with everything. Met me at the driveway, gave me a walkthrough, very detailed instructions with amenities & was very friendly. The bed, omg the bed. I could sleep in it for days. The color scheme between the bed, bathroom & kitchenette was on point. Recommendations for the nearby neighborhood are helpful for anyone staying in the area & is unfamiliar. Sacramento is a 2nd home for me so it was perfect for anyone looking to stay close to a freeway, restaurants, Walmart & grocery store. Highly recommend, planning to come again!!

The home was beautiful and comfortable, with many great amenities. Matthew provided great and clear information about the neighborhood, home, and nearby attractions. The neighborhood was a comfortable family neighborhood with walking paths in a nearby park. My mother-in-law said her bed was more comfortable than her bed at home! Our daughters loved the cats, who are very comfortable in the home and very friendly. I would recommend this home!

This is a really cute spot. Matthew was kind to show us some details about the place when we arrived. Very nice interior, well put together. The only thing that we had a problem with was the parking. Overall, very nice. Would recommend, everything you else you need is nearby.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we're already planning to return next year! This house is more than we need for just the two of us but it really works for us-- love being out all day, then relaxing and cooking in for dinner. Location is centrally located to easily get to Sutter Creek, Plymouth, and Fairplay. Loved both the back patio and front, although liked the front better this time as there were fewer later afternoon flying bugs. Its very quiet during the week since the shops are closed but it didn't bother us, and we enjoyed wine tasting down the street on the weekend. The host has thought of so many helpful touches that it is a joy to stay here. Thank you again!
