Beachfront vacation rentals in Folly Island

It was very nice. The grandkids loved the tree swing out front. We spent a lot of time (when we were there and not at the beach or downtown Charleston) on the screened-in front porch. We grocery shopped and prepared meals in the well equipped kitchen. The beaches and the main part of town were easily reached by walking.

Outstanding on all fronts! Natalie sets the gold standard for host communication -- proactive, lightning fast and very friendly. We had a delightful stay and the cliche "easy to arrive, hard to leave" was very true. Wonderfully clean, personalized and welcoming house with very thoughtful touches from top to bottom. Can't wait to come back.

Tyler's place had all the best things Seabrook Island is known for. Beautiful, natural views, close to beach and restaurants, and an alligator family (mom and two babies) who watched us from the lagoon. The Treehouse had everything we needed for a relaxing visit to one of our favorite places. I would not hesitate to stay at the Treehouse again. Our girls enjoyed bike rides and long walks and our granddaughter loved watching the alligators, jumping fish and turtles. Do not hesitate to book this house if you love nature and wildlife because you will see plenty!!! Can't wait to book our next trip!!

I love this house ! I have rented twice and plan on coming back again . The location is great and it has a nice vibe and is clean and kitchen is well stocked . Tim is always easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent in Folly .

Great, amazing location!

This place is a perfect spot for a family get together. Cozy bedrooms, an inviting screened in porch and living room. The kitchen had everything needed to make a good meal and the general vintage beach house vibe was so comfortable! Not to mention a beautiful beach passage steps from the house! I look forward to returning with my family again some time! My goto stay if I return to Charleston or Mount Pleasant!!

This is a great little corner of Folly, particularly if you like to surf and have a pup. You're directly across from beach access to a great surf spot, and just down the street is the washout, so you're golden. The fenced in back yard is excellent if you've got a pup. This house has a ton of charm, is super comfortable and feels like "home".

What a wonderful stay we had! Steps to the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to the amenities of the beach club. The accommodations were perfect for us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals while we were there. Highly, highly recommend!

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

The condo is a fantastic place to stay. We had 3 generations vacationing and we had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and private space with the large patio! Everything was within walking distance. The pool, beaches and the pier was a big hit with everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking necessities to cook meals for 6. The only downfall was no hair dryer…as if that detracted from this beautiful location! The parking pass is provided but you have to go to the condo to get it while someone has to drive around until it’s retrieved to be able to bring your car into parking. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time!! Brian was extremely helpful and answered any questions very promptly. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was amazing to chill after the day. We will definitely be back.

Homes has lots of space and very open concept. Provides lots of options to ease concerns on renting property for a vacation . We were visiting for a family celebration so unfortunately not able to use the many options. Truly enjoyed the hospitality!

This was our first experience staying in a place near the ocean and it was fantastic! The condo was very clean and comfortable for the two of us and the owners were responsive when we did have a question. There are other condos available in this same complex, but I'm glad we picked this one because it is closer to the ocean and the views were fabulous. We would happily book this place again!

If your looking for an Airbnb on Folly beach or even in Charleston area this is the place! Everything was perfect. Clean, so many amenities, beautiful views & yes we saw dolphins from the deck! Catrina the host was easy to communicate with. We explored so many areas and in the afternoon, evening it was so nice to come back and unwind and have no worries. Thanks so much! We will be back. All you need to bring is yourself 😊

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

The location is fantastic. We spent everyday on the beach. Brooklyn quickly responded when we had a question. I would stay here again.

Will definitely be staying here again!! Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our first time taking our dogs on a trip with us and the Airbnb was very very dog friendly. Our dogs loved it and so did we! Highly recommend staying at these cottages if you’re visiting Folly.

Beautiful marsh view. Very short walk to the beach. Easy to walk or bike to town. Great kitchen and living area that make the most of the view. Nice deck and fenced-in yard.

We stayed here for a business trip in November and we were treated with 80° weather so we were able to enjoy the beachfront. I am not sure how much this location goes for during the summer, but if you have the opportunity to get it in the spring or fall you should take it as well. You are close enough to throw a rock into the ocean. Literally, I could talk to my children on the beach from my balcony so if you’re worried about your kids in the ocean and not being close enough to them, this is your place.

Everything was as described and as in the photos. Great location as it is walkable to town and very close to beach access. The house is a good size for 2 people and I loved there was an outdoor screened porch as well as outdoor communal areas. Disappointed in no laundry facilities but that's on me as it is not listed as an amenity. Its very nicely done with high end kitchen and bathroom finishes. Definitely recommend to anyone. Also appreciated the proactive communications from the host.

Amazing location, beautiful views, comfortable home, and kind/responsive host!! All you can hope for and more. The home worked perfectly for our group reunion and we loved taking in sunrise and sunset!!

One of the rare abnb that exceeded expectations. It’s a great beach house that was private, quiet, with lots of outdoor space and an awesome view. We would definitely stay there again.

Alexandra was so kind to host us after we left our home in Asheville during Hurricane Helene. Thank you for helping us at the last minute and being so accommodating. There is nothing like a beach front stay to brighten your spirits. The location can’t be beat!
