Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

For a girls 60th Birthday celebration trip, Joanie’s was exactly what we needed Close to Charleston, comfortable balcony over looking the beach/ocean where many memories were shared. Each room had a full bath, kitchen had enough to do our minimal cooking. We did fly in so we did not have access to beach chairs, they did rent them in front of the Blu restaurant if you were willing to pay. Overall Joanie’s made our trip a memorable and comfortable. I would definitely rent this again.

Small but efficient condo right in the heart of IOP. If restaurants and walkability appeal to you, this is perfect. The beach is busier than further down the island because it’s near the park and more condos. The bedroom was good but small - we had to keep our suitcase in the living room. Another note - it’s loud because the bedroom window faces the street, and there aren’t blackout shades for the bedroom or back door. The hall light from outside the condo was shining in the bedroom. Overall, it was good for our quick stay.

We had a great stay at the condo. We were there with our 4 kids and the condo still felt spacious. Had everything we needed including little thoughtful things like USB outlets, a wagon and beach chairs - beds were comfortable as well! Great location within walking distance to the beach and pier as well as great restaurants and treats. Hosts were great and very responsive with clear instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was included. Very comfortable, quiet place with astonishing views from our balcony. The beach is just a few minutes walk and there is a lovely pool we enjoyed too! The host was helpful with questions and responded quickly both before and during our stay! I highly recommend!

Very nice condo. Fit our rather large party nicely!! Right across the street from the beach and pier with super easy access! Right in the heart of the downtown with all of the restaurants within easy walking distance. Condo was clean and well kept! Even got a follow-up visit from the rental agency to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in the center of Isle of Palms. It’s a close walk to the beach as well as restaurants. The condo was clean and very convenient. Would stay again.

We always stay in wild dunes and love it there. This was our first time renting thru Airbnb for WD. It is a very low-key area, quiet, walkable to beach and it’s never too crowded. The condo was just as described had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook dinner. We love sitting on the deck each night, gorgeous views. The only drawback I had was the king bedroom/primary bed was very firm and not super cozy. That is a preference thing for me. Also, please note you’re not able to use the Sweetgrass Inn pool/ PB courts or their shuttle even though all are a part of wild dunes. If you are booking through Airbnb or similar, you do not get to use the facilities there. That was a negative for us, and I did not understand that, as we typically rent directly through Wild dunes directly and enjoy all of the Sweetgrass amenities. No fault of this Airbnb I just did not make that connection bf booking. Beautiful place very responsive!

This place was very convenient to downtown Folly Beach and a great view of the sunset. Very clean and the host was very reachable and accommodating.

Peaceful vacation spot! Went for a short trip to the beach with my pup and was the perfect place for someone traveling solo or with a family. I felt safe in the gated community but also enough privacy to feel peaceful especially out on the patio. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials and felt right at home. Was about an 18 minute walk to the beach out the back gate so perfect for a walk on the beach with the pups but if you have beach gear definitely better to drive which is less than 5 minutes from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Riverhouse. It was the perfect spot for a 4-day weekend getaway for our family of four. From Riverhouse, we were able to walk to Beachwalker Beach and ride bikes to Freshfields Village and spots within Kiawah resort. We saw lots of wildlife from the back porch and watched breathtaking sunsets over the river from the community pier. We can’t wait until our next trip to Riverhouse!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful, clean and centrally located! Hayden and his team were very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend giving this location a try. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I loved our stay at Pelican Watch! It was a great location with super easy access to the beach. We brought our dog who enjoyed playing on the beach and long walks around the island. The condo was super clean and felt very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.
