Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Floyd County

Awesome place to start if you're looking to enjoy some private time with family and friends. Host was very responsive, gave clear instructions and directions before check in. I would rate the place and the host 5/5. Highly recommend

This is our third year renting the cottage. We have turned it into a yearly tradition. Past two years we have had other family members rent other cottages. This is such a wonderful place to get away.

What a gorgeous peaceful place! Such a gem to find a place on so much beautiful land but still just a short drive to town for essentials and outings. The cottages are beautiful and cozy, close together but you still feel totally private. The view from the screened in back porch is so lovely. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and things are in full bloom. Marie was kind and responsive and the guidebook had lots of useful information. Took a nice long walk with our dog on the trail behind the cottages, took in some river views and explored the cave a little. When we would leave the property to drive into town we would see huge herds of deer grazing and running. Pretty magical would definitely come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. This house is a great option if you plan on going to Jarrod’s place bike park which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the house. After a long day of riding, the hot tub was absolutely perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garage was also a huge plus, giving us a safe and convenient place to store our bikes. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway, especially for mountain bikers!

This home is beautiful inside and out. The house is sparkling clean, exactly as described, and is stocked with everything you may need and then some. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard by the firepit and hit a few golf balls on the par 3 golf hole. Susan is a fantastic host. She answered any questions immediately, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, and provided clear and easy instructions. She even found airpods that one of our group left behind and went out of her way to make sure they were able to get them. Absolutely a great experience. Thank you, Susan. Highly recommend!

Great place, our second time staying. Check in was smooth and the house was great.

This was our second year in a row staying at one of Rocky’s properties. The location to the tennis facility is extremely convenient and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The house itself is in incredible condition and we had no problem getting comfortable right away. When we needed a quick answer from Rocky, he responded almost immediately which made us feel taken care of. Highly recommend him as a host and we will definitely be back next year.

Perfect location and fantastic spacious house. Would definitely stay there again. the host Michael was fantastic and communicative. Recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.
