As you walk into the home, you are greeted with modern, sleek designs with lots of sunlight streaming in. To the left of the doorway is a mud room/ laundry room perfect for leaving your shoes and jackets in and a half bath. To the right, you are welcomed into an open-concept living area, with the kitchen being the first access point of the space. The kitchen has a beautiful waterfall island with bar seating for four people and a built-in microwave. This kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining from the kitchen, this home is designed for you. Off of the kitchen is the dining room with stunning views of the surrounding area and a table set for eight people. Continue into the living room, where you will be cozy by the fireplace in any of the four seating options. Your first access point to the balcony is from the living room. Back inside, the primary bedroom is located right off the living room. This room hosts a king-size bed, with chairs to sit and read a book. There is private access to the balcony here, perfect for your morning yoga. The primary room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
