Family-friendly vacation rentals in Flat Bush

I cannot fault this property. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend, the place looks even better than in the photos. The tiny house is chic, cosy, modern, has an incredible sound system, extremely comfy bed, proper little coffee machine, the hot tub was always hot, there was fresh fruit, herbs and flowers from the garden provided - these hosts really go the extra mile! We loved meeting Jeremy and Rae to greet us when we arrived. They recommended the coolest little secret beach ⛱️ they were super relaxed about us bringing our dog. We would love to come back. This is definitely a place we will highly recommend to our friends and family. We feel so relaxed and restored. Thanks you two!

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

We had a few wonderful days at the chalet. Incredibly peaceful and well appointed. We highly recommend it for a luxurious retreat surrounded by birdsong.

The team we had staying loved their stay. They said Tracey was extremely friendly and welcoming. Facilities were clean but homely....and the beds nice and comfortable at the end of a long day! With future contracts coming up in the area they have asked to book this accommodation again. Highly recommend

Such a lovely little space! Secluded and private, yet still within easy access to local amenities. Lovely little walkway down to the beach which was awesome! Having the spa was great as the weather wasn’t too good while we were there which made relaxing in the spa the perfect thing to do. Super modern and had everything we needed. Highly recommend, it was a great stay!

Really nice place in a great location. Very nice quiet little courtyard the place is in, and we walked almost everywhere in Auckland we wanted to go. It was great to have laundry and a kitchen at the end of a long road trip, and there was lots of space both indoor and outdoor to relax.

Our group of two families really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us and the views were amazing. We had one small issue with the gas but Grace gave helpful instructions and came to double check and sorted things out for us. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay. The view was amazing and the house was well setup to help us relax with a good living area and kitchen, sky tv channels, and the coffee machine was excellent. Would recommend the Arcadia restaurant just down the road at Palm Beach also.

Ian and Ailsa were so kind and took initiative to help us when needed. They respected our space and they were very quiet. Ian and Ailsa were so warm-hearted toward us. They made us feel welcome but most importantly safe by meeting us at check-in to introduce themselves. Our little family appreciates the yummy snacks, lovely bedding and coziness Ian and Ailsa had to offer! Highly recommend the stay everyone! 🥰

Viewpoint is absolutely stunning. The location overlooking Onetangi beach is just amazing (there are large pine trees partly obscuring the view but these also provide shade. The deck is lovely, although we were unfortunate with the weather so didn't get to enjoy it as much as we could have. The interior was really special. Unlike a lot of holiday homes, the decor was totally top-notch and either the owners were interior designers, or had used one as every touch was really high quality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful home. Spacious and private with all the things you need for a great getaway! Would highly recommend and the location means it’s walkable to Oneroa and beaches as tell as right on the bus line for easy access to the rest of the island - amazing ❤️

Fantastic place for us and our dogs. Back yard was perfect. The house was spacious. Having a Fully equipped kitchen was great.

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. We needed somewhere for children and it was great. Close to shops, including a quick walk to the mall if you need anything. Charlotte was very quick to respond and even got a new iron as we had a wedding to go to. Really amazing space and value for $$

Great location, just a few minutes walk from many harbourfront restaurants, cafés and bars and great to have the sunrooms overlooking the water Kim was brilliant, helpful and fast to communicate and we had a great stay The included Gym and Pool are 30 seconds walk from the apartment and that was a bonus Thanks, Kim

Sarah's place was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood setting. It featured a spacious loft with everything I needed including a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, large desk, and a terrific shower. Very walkable to Mount Eden and the village nearby with a variety of restaurants and shops. Sarah was easy to contact and always responsive to questions. I highly recommend Sarah's place as an excellent choice in lodging if you are visiting Auckland.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

Charming apartment in a great spot to see Auckland.

We had a fantastic stay at this waterfront apartment in Auckland! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views of the harbour, and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and provided great local tips. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auckland—perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the city. Also, Bivacco is a must-try restaurant—delicious food and an amazing atmosphere!
