the house was beautiful. bigger than expected and very comfortable. kitchen fully equipped which allowed us to cook at home with the family . caroilin was a great host . communication excellent..the area is lovely . the purple onion restaurant was delicious. would highly recommend. not much in the area for kids but if you have the car for travelling you could go to nearby towns. we enjoyed the famine museum which was 15 mins car journey . was a great stay and we would love to stay at the house again

We had a lovely stay with Colette in one of her lodges recently. The place was cosy, warm and felt very homely. Colette came to meet us when we arrived as I had said our little boy was afraid of dogs. She even left us some of her own hens eggs which were delicious for breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to going back.

The apartment is located on the quiet side of the docks. It was very peaceful and we had a lovely view of the boats. Its minutes walk from beautiful Shop Street and countless bars and restaurants. The place was clean, tidy and Pamela responded very quickly to a request to turn the heating on. There was tea, coffee, water and little boxes of cereal and treats which is a lovely touch. There is also a coffee machine! Plenty of pillows and blankets were supplied. Enjoy :)

The place was beautiful as we drove in and the inside spacious and beautiful.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here last weekend for his birthday, it was absolutely gorgeous everything was so spotless and the hot tub was definitely worth it . It was very quite and peaceful , we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back soon ☺️ The host was extremely helpful and nice , I will definitely be returning again !

Steve and Áine were excellent hosts, very friendly! The cabin was exactly as described on the website. We had a great barbecue and an amazing time there. The view of the lake was beautiful. I forgot an item at the cabin, and they kindly offered to send it to me. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Colm was very responsive and property was well kept with serene surroundings. It was private and peaceful. You can take a walk around the lake. Best part was it’s pet friendly so overall a great stay for each one of us. One of the nicest locations to unwind.

The cottage is packed with everything you might need in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom Variety of 6 different kinds of ground coffee, and instant one on the top, - unbelievable. what we didn't like - the shower not hot enough, not strong enough, and the view of the backyard from the windows. Anyway, we had a perfect stay. Thank you Rose.

Alan is a great host. The location was great, green and peaceful. He gave us many good recommendations on how we could spend our time here and we enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be coming back soon.

I booked this house for my mum’s 60th, she and the rest of my family were over the moon with how beautiful our stay was. Absolutely love how she has decorated the place, would love to visit again in the summer :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had all we needed. Excellent value for money and in a good location for visiting lots of lovely places. We enjoyed the JFK Arboretum and had a visit to Tramore and Dunmore East. We were so lucky with the weather and had sunshine every day! Would be happy to recommend this place to anyone.
