Host Jamie was GREAT! Place was decent. Comfortable but needs updates. Furniture was old and looked a little dirty to my liking. Wished it had blackout curtains to sleep in! Wish it had an elevator just so it was easier to move around with wagon full of beach stuff. But otherwise very happy with our stay!

We had such a lovely time at your Air Bnb we can’t wait to come back. We wanted a place for me and my son to have some down time and just relax away from our home. Our family of 11, including 2 toddlers, had a wonderful little vacation. The house was very safe for the little ones with the large porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The older kids had a great time as well. So did the grownups. We enjoyed visiting St Augustine and different restaurants. Flying kites at the beach. Even swimming in the cold ocean or having a drink on the porch. The double washers and dryers were very useful with this large group. The house is very tastefully decorated and practical. We hope to come back another time.

Great place. Exactly as described in the listing. Roomy with nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable king bed. Very easy walk to the beach and short drive to the historic district. Good communication from the host - Joshua. All around good stay.

My Ocean Getaway Yards from beach! Pets! Location!

This is a duplex on a main street but there wasn't as much traffic as I thought so it was easy in and out and didnt hear road noise. Quiet inside the house despite neighbors having a fun night celebrating the new year. The only time you could hear the neighbors was out in the backyard. The backyard is cozy there's a covered section with tables chairs and ceiling fans, and a hammock out between the trees. It is fenced with a tall fence so it's great for dogs, it's a small area so not for exersizing the dogs, but thats what the beach is for! Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner with easy access. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has plenty of extra amenities. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. We had recently experienced the wrath of Helene, concurrent with cancer diagnosis. Edward’s place and St Simon’s was just what we needed. The beaches were within 3 miles and everything we needed within reach. The home was clean and quiet and adorable! I hope to get back!

We took a quick family trip to St. Augustine, and the kids were begging us to stay longer. This place was perfect—on the beach, jacuzzi for each complex, quiet and family-friendly, and a short drive to the downtown and the National parks. We had the best time.

This place was so adorable! Everything was very clean and had everything we needed! Tom is a wonderful host! His response was within a few minutes! Very quiet area a few minutes walk to the waterfront and several restaurants! The fenced courtyard was perfect for our fur baby 🤗Will definitely rent this cozy cottage again!! Thank you Tom!!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I spent a weekend at Brian's place and had a wonderful time. Brian was very responsive and accommodating. The home is large and beautifully decorated with many things to do. We had such a quality time at Brian's place that we barely turned on the TV. I 100% recommend this listing and look forward to coming back.

Our stay for two families was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance, dish, or utensil needed. The dining table could accommodate all 10 of us easily. The bedrooms were spacious and the 2nd floor wrap around deck was large. Pool was smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but it still fit everyone. the walk to the beach was easy and the beach/pool items left by the host were great (cart, beach unbrella, boogy boards, sand toys). Alina was easy to communicate with and house instructions were straight-forward. Highly recommend this house.

The kitchen features wooden ceiling beams and a combination of white cabinetry and dark countertops. A central island with seating is highlighted, while modern appliances are neatly arranged. Natural light enters through multiple windows, enhancing the airy feel of the space.

Cozy Beach House Of Your Dreams

The house was even better than I hoped! It's much bigger than the photos convey with a great layout. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. It was very homey. The fenced in backyard was so convenient for taking my dog and also gave it privacy. Outdoor furniture is great with lights strung in the trees which made evenings outside so peaceful. For as wonderful as the house is, the location is even better! A short walk to many wonderful restaurants, only a few blocks to Salt Run on one side of the island (and Conch House, a new favorite restaurant) and Bridge of Lions on the other side, which made it very convenient to watch the Fireworks show on July 4th. Daniel sent clear instructions for getting into the house and the keypad entry was easy and convenient. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.
