Lauri’s place was the perfect base from which to explore Helsinki. His flat was an extremely easy space to be in - warm, great bathroom, comfy bed, quiet - a very peaceful and cool, unique building. Everything was clean, lots of storage (and clothes hangers!). While the flat is unique it’s also really practical and functional. Lauri was really helpful- great host, easy to communicate with. His flat is near all sorts of places - a lovely part of the waterfront, Forza pizza, Baskeri & Basso Bistro (a highlight), Loyly Sauna, Kaffa cafe and all sorts of interesting streets and places in the design district. Very walkable! We did some shopping in the area - great shoes at VIBAe. Wpuld happily stay here again! Thanks Lauri.

This place is my favourite in town!!! I could have chosen others nearer to where I love, cheaper, etc, but the comfort in knowing that this is an unique place, silence-guaranteed, with working appliances, clean, and, especially, knowing that Markus will be available to help if needed, are really worth the money. I could not have imagined that even with construction work in the center, the place would continue to be the quietest apt I stayed. I needed a break from construction noise, and I did find the peace I needed so much. Thank you, Markus, for once again, being so welcoming and accommodating! I said I'd be back and I did. Hopefully, I'll return again at some point! so, if you're looking for central+sauna+amenities, look no further, avoid the ones run by businesses. This one is the true gem!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Helsinki; look no further, for us, this apartment was in the perfect location, close to the spa, the boat to the islands, great restaurants and just a short walk to the station. The sauna in this apartment was the best we had all trip, spacious and easy to use. Paul has also been the most phenomenal host, clear instructions, great communication, and was flexible when our flight ended up cancelling. If you’re looking for something safe, clean and fabbo location, this is the one!

This personal loft was the perfect base for my trip to Helsinki! The apartment was clean, personal, and atmospheric. The ambient lighting was a nice addition and the balcony on the backyard side was really lovely! The sun was shining on it all day. Communication with Lars was straightforward and friendly. Marica rents a home away from home - super cozy, very quiet and cozy warm (we were there in winter) We felt very comfortable right away. Location is perfect! Nice neighborhood with small shops, nice cafes and good restaurants. We could reach everything on foot, by e-scooter or tram. Thanks Marica!

This was a great apartment, the condominium was very quiet, the location was great right next to the river, everything to see is within walking distance without the unnecessary noise of cars. The apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos, and the height of the room over 4m brings a great sense of space! The apartment has a pleasant sauna and all the basic needs you need for a long stay. There is indeed a shop downstairs in the apartment that is open from morning until late at night, where you can get the supplies for even more demanding tastes. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated and had everything you need. I would emphasize the greatness of the location when it's so close to the river but still off the beaten path from downtown noise. The dedicated parking spot right in front of the front door is very large + at least for the motorist. In the future, when I arrive in Turku, I always check if this apartment is available first

A beautiful, light-flooded, high-quality loft studio near downtown, but just right off the beaten path. Very quiet. Beautiful dishes and lovely sauna and bathroom. The only downside was the low loft, where clamming on the beds was challenging for the knee and back problems. Check-in was convenient, as well as all communication. The parking house was around the corner, so we stayed there because the side of the street was full.

Nice and personal apartment. Sofa bed and loft bed comfortable, well-functioning blackout curtains. Everything you need and more was found in the equipment, very nicely thought out for the needs of the guests. Communication went really well and we were able to schedule a date with flexibility. Mauri was a wonderful host - very friendly and communicative. The place was in a great part of the city, beautiful and peaceful (and less than a 5 minute walk from the Stone Church!). Very close to public transit as well connecting you to other parts of the city. The space itself is so open and modern, but still afforded privacy for people in our party when it was needed. Would highly recommend this AirBnB for your next stay!

We had a great stay at Maarit’s place. The flat is very spacious, is very well maintained and equipped plus very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the big kitchen! Also Maarit provided us good tips at our arrival. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Perfect location right in the centre. Walking distance to everything. Great apartment and very clean. Big sauna and bathrooms. The only thing that could have been better is if hand towels were provided. There are no hand towels for the bathroom or kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

We had a really fantastic long weekend at Tina’s place. The apartment is gorgeous - felt very lucky to have booked this. Everything was fresh and spotless, beds very comfortable and so much space. Tina was incredibly helpful with everything from local recommendations and things to do through to checking everything was ok for us. We visited for my daughter’s 21st and Tina even left a treat to welcome her - so kind. It’s so easy to get around by tram or uber and we had some memorable fantastic meals and sauna experiences. Special trip! We’ll definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Many thanks to Johanna and Kimmo for hosting us, we had a great time. The location is ideal close to any activity and business while being quiet. The accommodation is really comfortable and very pleasant, fully equipped, really true to the photos, you feel really good there. The sauna is a real plus, we loved the garden for snowmen, sledding and the igloo.😁 We shared a lovely time around the barbecue. Without hesitation, if you have to choose a property, you can go there without so much as a second thought. If we are lucky enough to return to Lapland we will return to your home, looking forward to seeing you again.
