Mr. Murat was caring, helpful and meticulous. The house met our expectations. The lounge seating area should have been more spacious. The pool was heated and enjoyable It had a great view. But there were cameras monitoring the pool from both sides. You need to open the linens yourself and tidy them up yourself. You are asked to run the dishwasher yourself. Thank you Mr. Murat for his goodwill and hospitality.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

We liked the house, it is beautiful, authentic, there are many bright details of pleasant eyes. There are air conditioning in the bedrooms, which saved a lot of time in the heat, as well as air conditioning in the living room, where we also spent a lot of time, the appliances that were used were working (washing machine, kettle, etc.), but upon arrival there was a smell of antiquity, which weathered overnight. Only one normally functioning shower, there were four of us, so we did not have to wait for a long time. There is an observation deck nearby, literally a 30 minute walk. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountain and the city. It is necessary to take into account the fact that it is difficult to get to it from the city without a car and when they ordered food to the house, all couriers could not find it immediately, so be prepared that you will have to communicate with them, and not always in English. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. In general, it's a pleasant feeling like a childhood that I came to visit my grandmother in the village. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our vacation in Kas was wonderful, the accommodation was clean, equipped with everything we needed. The accommodation is close to the center, it's just a pretty big ramp that needs to be climbed to get to the accommodation.

Our experience at Kozy apartment was pleasant from the very beginning when we were invited to join a breakfast with the staff while waiting for the previous guests' check out/cleaning. The apartment was exactly as described: very clean and supplied with everything you need for the stay. No issues with air conditioning (the units are in both rooms and worked perfectly) and the shower, I guess, is now fixed so no mess as a result of having a shower as it was previously noted in the reviews. Although the apartment is very close to all the tourist attractions, restaurants etc. the surrounding (the area and the street) was very quit. The closest beach (Küçük Çakıl Plajı - "small pebble beach") is in walkable 5 minutes distance (turn to to the left from the entrance and take the stairs all the way down to the beach). And yes, the sunrises, sunsets as well as the sea view were as advertised - totally amazing and mind blowing experience! Thank you and we will definitely book it again!

I would like to thank Mr. Rıza. He's a classic Anatolian person, his father. They are very affectionate, helpful. If we come to the house, you need to determine the purpose of using the house. We entered the pool 1 time in 3 days. It was fit for our purpose as we left the house very early in the morning and came home very late. We only used the house for sleeping and showering. Other than that, let's keep this house, and you'll have a hard time going to the city center all the time and say, etc. 10-12 kilometers to the city center. There are no grocery stores nearby, you need to shop and go from the center. If you say we will make all the meals at the house, you may need to take your water glass with you. Again, your goal is to get out of the house in the morning and until the evening in the center of Kas, etc., if it is to come home and take a shower and sleep, the house is very nice. the apartment is located in a house 7 km from the center of Kash. The apartment is very nicely furnished, I would add a dresser and a workspace in the bedroom, I thought there was little furniture. I didn't find an iron, but I didn't need it. There was no oil for frying, there was no washing powder. You can ask Hussein for all sorts of little things, he is a very responsive person and shared with me both washing powder and an extension cord. The balcony has an amazing view of the surrounding area, there were fruit trees in the garden, the pomegranates were amazingly sweet. From the notes: The furniture in the living room already requires dry cleaning. the apartment is worth the money, we were good in it

It has been a pleasure to spend our holidays at Mehmet's house. We were looking for a spacious, comfortable and close to Geyikbayiri to rest after our climbing days, and Mehmet's house has been a great success. Spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a group of eight people like ours. Would I recommend Mehmet's house? Definitely!! We'll be back by Antalya and don't hesitate to repeat! Thank you very much to Mehmet and her father Ibraim for making our life so easy in Antalya!!

we had an amazing time in Envers Villa. the house is located on a side of a hill with a marvelous view on the bay and the mountains. beach is stroll away, and there's lots of beautiful places to visit (car highly recommend). we also visited very nice small local restaurant with delicious food. we had a really lovely stay. thank you for letting us feel at home

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Absolutely incredible stay at Villa Libelle! The stunning sea views and private platform for swimming made for an unforgettable experience. The house itself is cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need, from air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchen to excellent Wi-Fi. We also loved the presence of two adorable cats around the property that added a charming touch to our stay. Communication with Cüneyt was seamless—he was always quick to respond and very helpful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa hosted by the kind and thoughtful Selma and Recep. The location offers stunning panoramic views surrounded by olive trees—perfect for anyone seeking peace and relaxation in nature. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Knowing we were traveling with a baby, they provided wood for the fireplace, making the cold December nights warm and cozy. The villa also runs on solar energy, which we appreciated as a sustainable feature. With a rental car, this location is ideal. It’s outside Kaş city, offering calm surroundings while still close enough to explore. On the way to Kaş, we enjoyed charming breakfast gardens. A small market in the village provides basic groceries, so come prepared. The hosts have a dog, so it’s good to contact Selma beforehand to ensure everything is set. Selma and Recep live nearby and were amazing hosts who made us feel at home. Highly recommended for a peaceful nature getaway!

We had a lovely weekend before the New Year. Super spot to enjoy the fresh air and nature. Mr. Durali responded to all our questions during check-in and checkout and stay and was helpful. We took walks in the evening and picked and ate these times of the year from the local mushrooms that came out.(Mr. Durali informed us about this) We think we will prefer it because it is very close to the center of Antalya. We had an amazing stay and loved our time in Kas. The villa is lovely - Comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped with stunning views from the roof terrace and a beautiful pool and garden. The area is very peaceful and just 10 mins drive to a lovely little beach with restaurants and incredible sunsets and 15 mins drive to Kas.

This was my first time visiting Turkey, and I had no idea what to expect. After quite a bit of research, I decided that I wanted to stay in Kaş. The city is absolutely delightful! The people are wonderful, the food is amazing, and the scenery is breathtaking! This villa is located right at the end of a large peninsula, and it offers the best view in Kaş. Seriously, words just can’t describe how amazing this house is! It’s beautiful in the pictures, but it’s even better when you arrive, and see it in person! When we arrived, the place was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the WiFi worked great! I am not exaggerating when I say that this place was the epitome of perfection! Every detail exceeded my wildest expectations. Sanem was a fantastic host, as well. Very attentive, and easy to communicate with! If you’re looking at this place, and you’re still deciding if this is where you want to stay, trust me, it is! 💯
