Vacation rentals with beach access in Fingal Bay

The apartment is located walking distance from Newcastle Beach and the Light Rail station. We traveled to Newcastle by train and it was so easy to find the apartment. I was surprised to find that Vanessa has thought of everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable to enjoy the surrounding beaches including providing a beach umbrella. I consider this apartment better value than the hotel next door.

Centrally located, close to everything you need, can walk to everything, we didn't need the car all weekend, with great communication from the host.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. What a gorgeous little oasis, beautifully decorated, comfortable and walkable to restaurants, bars and beach. Very clean and the attention to detail was spot on 🥰

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the perfect location and was spotless, stylish, and comfortable — we really felt at home. The only small things we noticed were that the bedroom has sheer curtains, and with the shutters on the balcony, it made the room a bit brighter than we expected. It wasn't an issue for us, except that we have a baby, so it was a bit more noticeable. Also, the parking space is a bit tight for a larger car, but this didn't impact our stay too much. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Lovely home. Huge. Everything one needs to move in and enjoy the holiday. Very very comfortable. Literally 2 minutes stroll to the beachfront reserve. Quiet location And Julie kept in touch by msgs so unintrusive but on hand if needed, very relaxed style. Thanks, Julie!!!

This place was absolutely stunning! We went away for a girls trip and it was everything the photos show and more!! Pina was such an excellent host, and I cannot fault anything about this place! If you're thinking of booking, absolutely do it.

Steven was very helpful. The home was fantastic with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Location was perfect for a private getaway especially with young kids. The kids and everyone enjoyed the beach in the backyard. very clean home with everything all essentials provided. Steven was also very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this place for a private getaway with the family!

The location was fantastic and the house is well equipped for a relaxing beach holiday. All the beach holiday trimmings bikes, games,ping pong,kiaks BBQ, AC, books. Excellent WiFi. Richard was really great as a host.

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Melanie’s place was a wonderful oasis for Xmas. It was spacious, bright and there were so many little Xmas touches which was great as we were away from home during the Xmas period. There was a Xmas tree, decorations, even a Xmas soap. The kitchen was fantastic for Xmas cooking and there was a well stocked pantry. Loved the fact that there were lots of cooking trays for our Xmas feast. There were two bottles of complimentary local wine. Perfect for Xmas lunch. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location was wonderful. A short walk to Newcastle Beach and the newly reopened Newcastle baths. Lots of restaurants and cafés close by. A short walk to the mall and shops, supermarkets etc. Great walking distance to the fireworks on the foreshore Xmas Eve. The ‘safe’ with books and games was a quirky feature. We had a wonderful festive season in this beautiful space. Thank you so much Melanie.

Our stay at Keran's beautiful apartment was wonderful. The location of the apartment is right near Newcastle Beach with off street parking included. It's about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle where there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from. The apartment itself is stylish, spotlessly clean and Keran kindly provided lots of extras with delicious sourdough bread, fruit and chocolates. We would love to come back and spend a few days at Keran's apartment next year to enjoy the city surrounds and walks and the beautiful space that is Laneway Lodgings.

We had a short stay at Kim and Mel’s place in Nelson Bay and absolutely love it. The unit is right at the beach. All amenities provided as described so we feel just like home. Highly recommend!

Great location right opposite the beach. Perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples) to enjoy a sunny beach holiday. Stuart was very communicative. Great stay!

Absolutely incredible all around! This was our second time staying here (definitely not our last) and it was beyond amazing. The entire apartment was spotless and fully stocked up with everything you need for a getaway. The view, the atmosphere, the space - truly unmatched! We can’t wait to be back!

Stunning apartment with amazing views! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the spa on the deck but also was nice and close to the beach and shops etc. Would highly recommend!
