Figure Eight Island vacation rentals

Amy was able to accommodate a last minute stay for my family and I! The house is right on the beach so we were able to relax to a lovely view and easily step right onto the beach! Would definitely come back!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect girls getaway! It was cozy and had plenty of space! If we could have stayed longer we would have. We were able to walk to a little park that was having a spring festival and the area itself was so quiet and peaceful. Amazing porch view too! Absolutely loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property and great location. This was an excellent rental for our last minute Spring Break staycation with our kids. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We look forward to reserving the property in the future.

Absolutely beautiful rental. Super clean, quiet space. And very large, with 2.5 baths, 2 king beds and a twin and a set of bunk beds! Across the street from the beach, convenient for sunrise and sunset strolls. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Had a great time and if we happen to head back to the area in the future, we will check out the availability of this cute little spot!

We loved our stay at the condo! The location was great and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids were a bit sad the pool was closed since the cover was off and it appeared to be open but the closed sign was up but we knew there was a good chance it wouldn’t be open for the season. The building’s outdoor shower was also off but the one on the beach access worked great.

In all honesty, I usually stay away from anything that the company “evolve“ is representing. I took a chance with this, and luckily, I was only dealing with the owner of the place and she was very responsive. In the past evolve has never been responsive to me. So this review is for this specific property because Beth, the owner, was great! Sweet little place. Lots of nice walks on the beach. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Beds very comfortable everything very clean. Thank you, Beth! It was a great stay!

Michael's condo was just as advertised...clean and comfortable with fresh, updated furnishings and of course the gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. Beach access couldn't be easier, and the location roughly half way between the boardwalk area and the Carolina Beach Pier was ideal for walking to these destinations (either along the beach or on the road which is a smaller road with a 25mph speed limit so it felt safe to walk along). We were fortunate to have great weather while we were there and enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony and were treated with dolphin sightings. Be aware there are quite a few stairs to climb if you have heavy bags or any issues with stairs; it was totally worth it for us to be on the top floor with such a great view but might be an issue for some. Kitchen accessories were clean seemed new. We could tell that some recent improvements had just been made to the stairs and railings, etc. so all was nice and new. Easy parking underneath the condo.

Our stay was incredible! We were close to the beach, nearby restaurants and shops, and close to the venue we were going to for a wedding. Team was responsive and EXTREMELY helpful in regard to helping us locate an item that we left behind. Would recommend!

This was a true home away from home! From the moment we arrived until our departure, my family and I felt at home. The only difference between our own home and this one was the address. The location was even better, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood where the residents welcomed and treated us as neighbors. The interior of the home was impeccable, with everything in its place. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a home away from home.

It was a great location. Host was friendly and helpful. Flexible and allowed us to check in early. Place was clean and exactly as listed. Would stay again!

We traveled to NC for a short weekend getaway & loved every minute of this home! Nice area, wonderful location , close to the beach and main places!!! The best part was we got to bring our sweet dog Baylee! We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation, this condo was in a perfect location, close to everything, clean & comfortable. Check in was easy and quick replies to any messages I sent. This is my 2nd time staying here & will definitely rent this place again if it’s available.

This has been a long stay and although we weren’t at our home, we felt like it! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them for working with me and providing an extended stay for my son and I. Every place we travel to daily is within 10 minutes of the location which was perfect for us. I would recommend to stay here any day! Anything I needed or needed help with, they were easily accessible for assistance.

We had a wonderful visit to Carolina Beach. The house was spacious, beautiful and immaculate. We strolled the few blocks to the beach daily. The owners graciously helped us locate a tire repair shop as we had a flat tire shortly before arriving. The area was inundated with 20” of rain several days before we arrived. It was shocking how quickly the businesses recovered.
