Vacation rentals with a patio in Fezzano

We were here for the second time and it was all perfect again! We look forward to next time :-)

Apartment was beautiful, light and airy comfortable bed. Great to have the two outdoor terraces and big doors that opened out. We could see and hear the ocean, and even though it rained on and off it was nice watching the rain from the apartment and hearing the waves crash. Great and very responsive host, would definitely book again. Easy access to train station in Riommagiore but not loud!

Franco & Elisabetta were awesome hosts. the instructions to find their place were perfect and easy (which is great for Riomaggorie's streets!!). The place was perfect for a family to rest up after a big day exploring Cinque Terra. Highly recommend

We have been coming to Bonassola for 33 years. First time in this apartment. The only point is that the floor below the apartment is in not optimal condition but stands separate from the rented object.

Great stay at Veve's. We had made a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was the Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and enough for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared our arrival, and very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool the sublime little garden for a coffee and breakfast break. Veve is very responsive and exchanged a lot, I stole all these coffee she didn't hesitate to bring back. Really good stay, I'll be back.

Nice and spacious accommodation close to town and beach. Paolo was a nice host who was easy to deal with.

We stayed at Eugen's place for 5 nights and everything was great! The apartment was really clean, everything important was available and the communication was impeccable:) a small highlight was a cooking evening in the outdoor kitchen, with Italian dishes and organized and hosted by Eugene. In addition, we were helped with a penalty ticket, as we drove to the highway without a ticket. Since we don't speak Italian, it was hard for us to act here and this was almost taken away from us. This is not a given and only emphasizes the hospitality for us. We will be happy to come back!!

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

Alessio’s place was the perfect location with a gorgeous view of Vernazza and the hiking trails and surrounding area! We loved the balcony, even though it rained while we were there. We still enjoyed it as much as possible! Alessio was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations, especially because we were visiting in the off-season in the winter!

Great place , exactly as described. Sarah is super nice, was always available and could always help. We especially loved the covered seating in the garden. Here we could also sit in the rain. We enjoyed the 14 days and can definitely recommend the place.

Easy access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-maintained and clean, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private internal parking. So to leave the car you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This may be the only downside, but still resolvable by taking an extra "4 steps". Recommended.

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

The location of Emanuele's house is great for walking in just a few minutes both the beach (5min) and the pedestrian area (1 min) of Carrara Marina. It is very comfortable, renovated and furnished with great taste, impeccable cleanliness and very well stocked with accessories. Very comfortable outdoor area, ideal for lunch and sunbathing, consisting of a small garden, a covered terrace and the laundry area. Thank you to Greta, very kind and very willing to support us by providing great references. We had a great time. Great structure that I highly recommend.

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well-equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we were able to have. If you're looking for a cute house in the heart of the mountains with proximity to the city and beaches, go for it. I highly recommend it.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

This was our favorite stay in all of Italy. It was extremely clean, well located, with easy self check-in with a key box to leave the keys so you wouldn’t need to worry about them at the beach. ~15 minute walk on flat level ground from the Monterosso train station. Probably 5 minutes walk to the beach Anne was so amazing, she helped us make reservations for all of our restaurants prior to our stay and provided us a wonderful guest book which we pretty much followed to a T! She was also very flexible with assisting with the train strike issues we had. There was L’occitane hand soap and lotion, shampoo, and body wash as well as American adapters everywhere. You could enjoy espresso inside the home with their beautiful Nespresso de’longhi machine, which was amazing as well as provided crackers, tea, Nutella, jelly, milk, and a bottle of wine, which we did not use but much appreciated. Provided books to read & washer! We wish we had more time to spend here and miss it so much already.

Monica was so lovely and helpful. She came over quickly for extra blankets when I was cold and to change the propane when I ran out. The space was lovely, and I got to spend two weeks totally unplugged in the mountains reading, cooking, hiiking, and exploring the nearby mountain towns. The whole experience was amazing.

Last minute check in for late arrival and early out next day. Fabrizios place was immaculately clean, better equipped than many larger places we have stayed at and the bed was the more comfortable than any of our recent stays. Great view from the terrace.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which fully met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. Denis was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was perfect for our dinner plans. While the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, we didn’t find it to be an issue. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t detract from the overall experience. We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Very friendly welcome from Matteo and his mom. They were smiling and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on city and surrounding services. The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes (by walking kindly) from the train station to go to the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.

We had a very good time, a clean place and exactly as described. Very helpful and accurate owners in the directions.

10/10 recommend! Super comfy bed and pillows and awesome rain shower head! Super close/walkable to restaurants, cafes, stores (grocery & pharmacy right next door), and beach but also felt private and quiet. One thing to note that is not in the description is that you have to climb 95 stairs to get to the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but it could be a barrier for some.
