Jaoid and Youssef were the best hosts. Youssef was available for any questions or help we needed. He helped us navigate through the Medina, taxis, and tours. Incredibly hospitality and so nice. Fes is amazing and the Airbnb is like a castle. Thank you Jaoid and Youssef for making it a wonderful experience.

The place is very beautiful . Kamal answered my questions immediately and in a very friendly way. Jawad was very kind and punctual with everything we asked for . The breakfast and the two dinners we had in the very rich and abundant place Maybe the only thing that would improve a little is the internet connection that comes and goes

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

We had an amazing time at Dar Benares, Nabila showed us around and cooked us amazing breakfast every morning. The riad is stunning and in a great location to explore the Medina. We would recommend it to anyone staying in Fes

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful riad! Caroline and Thierry were incredibly responsive to our needs, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. As a group of six women (ages 28-38), we felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Rachid, the concierge, who was exceptionally helpful and precise with his recommendations. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making our experience even more enjoyable. The riad itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and ideally located close to the main roads while still offering a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. Thank you again to the entire team for making our trip so special! Amazing place to stay in the medina and Zak was so responsive and helpful. This was a perfect place to experience the hustle and bustle of the medina and we loved the place as it was so beautiful and everyone had plenty of room on 3 floors! Zak also has an amazing restaurant that I recommend you all go to. I am sure he will tell you about it. Thanks for a great experience Zak!

Amazing riad with an exceptionally friendly and flexible host! Akram answered quickly, helped with many useful information and let us leave our luggage a bit after the checkout time. The riad is very clean and uniquely decorated, therefore you might feel that you are in a wonderful palace during your stay. Just a sidenote: the stairs are a bit high (like in any other riads). The breakfast is great including many of the traditional morroccan specialties besides jams, olives, pastries, coffee, juice, mint tea, etc. The location is perfect: the Blue Gate and other entrances of the medina are only a few minutes walk away, as well as Hotel Batha, where most guided tours' pick-up point is located. Furthermore, the local bus station and many taxies can be reached with a few minutes walk. The train station is ~10 mins drive by taxi (20-30 dirhams/car). To sum up, we would highly recommend this place!

Excellent host, very flexible and accommodating. My sister wasn’t feeling well, Dounia’s mother made her delicious Harira soup which helped with her symptoms. Will return when I visit Morocco next.

Our stay at Fatima's family house was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt completely at home. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is an absolute diamond—exactly as shown in the photos, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful details. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You could not ask for a better place. 7 minutes walk from a taxi station. Room is the only one on the floor. 2 terrasses. Huge washroom with plenty of hot water. Heater for cold December days. Exceptional delicious breakfast (better than any restaurant near by) . The whole family helped me: Finding a guide to navigate the 10,000 alleys of the Medina, explaining how to use shared taxi's to get to Sefrou, taking my dirty clothes..the list goes on. A must stay to appreciate the city and people

Samira was a responsive and great host for me and my 5 friends who stayed at her place for 2 nights in Fes. Samira and her daughter picked us up from our taxi drop off and we immediately felt at home at her place as she offered us tea, sweets and gave us helpful recommendations and information on the city. The accomodation facilities themselves matched the description and were fit for purpose. It is an aesthetically decorated house with a lovely rooftop terrace. I would highly recommend Samira’s place to anyone travelling to Fes.

Our stay at the riad was wonderful. The room was very neat and all amenities were provided. The gentlemen in the riad were very welcoming and helpful. They thought along what we could do and recommended us a tour and hammam, which was both very nice! We greatly enjoyed our stay in Fez, thank you!

Extremely welcoming host. The Riad is beautiful, with an extremely nice cool pool when it's 45°C, peaceful, a solarium with a view of the Medina (very close). Breakfasts can be taken at any time of the morning and they are very hearty. A real gift! All at the best price. Things that could be improved: bedding comfort and hair dryer, really secondary given all the positives of the riad! Thanks again.

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

We had an absolute blast at Mehdi’s traditional yet morden house. The house has about 10+ rooms structed as an hotel/house concept. The house has 2 entrance door, 1 main road facing and another that opens right into the old madina. The house is walkable to pretty much all the tourist sights & resturants. The room price includes a full spread breakast served right on your table. The hotel is beautiful with a lot amenities like pool, paid lunch, dinner & drinks. The staff is amazing they made us feel at home, special thanks to Hassan, Mohammed & the rest of the staff. Lastly, I tried their traditional moroccan hammam experience of 30 min moroccan hammam & 30 min massage which was excellent. I highly recommend the it.

Beautiful Riad! Just outside of Fes. Amine arranged a driver for us to take us into Fes Medina late at night without any problem. Had the most amazing tour of the Medina. Our stay was perfect. Big room with entrance to the swimming pool. Definitely recommend to book this AirBnB.
