Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

I've stayed in several Airbnbs in Fes and this one is very good value. A very spacious and stylish apartment. Well-stocked kitchen but only a small pair of hot plates for cooking when I stayed there. Very clean bathrooms with a powerful shower. Fast and strong wi-fi throughout the apartment. Balcony which catches the evening sun and a terrace space on the roof. Good location with plenty of hanoots, patisseries, grocers and a supermarket nearby. Friendly and professional host. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Amin for hosting us, he is a super nice and helpful responsive person, the apartment is clean, tidy and easy to find, the facilities are completely clean and it is equipped with fast WIFI. Recommended!!

Wonderful apartment and nice that we were picked up from the taxi to the accommodation by the medina. Fine bedding, good shower and everything beautiful and clean. A Massriya is an independent apartment which was part of a large riad. The passage and windows that used to give access to the rest of the riad have now been closed (but you can hear the neighbors well). Also downstairs people still live, and the roof terrace next to the upper bedroom, is shared with the other homes in the building. Although using the roof terrace usually only to water plants and hang laundry. We used pillows from the living room to have breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning sun, and the other day had a nice breakfast at Café Clock. Location in the medina is very central. You can hear a donkey from time to time, and at night you can hear the mosque that is located right next to the apartment, but of course that's also part of it. All in all, a nice stay and beautiful city!

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but we’ve never met a host like Anass. If 10 stars were an option, we would gladly give them! From the moment we arrived, Anass made us feel like part of his family—not just guests. He went far beyond expectations, providing detailed directions and personal recommendations for food, shopping, and must-see attractions. On Anass's recommendation I visited his barber Abdessamad and had the best haircut of my life! I encourage all to check out @yamafi.barbershop on IG and in person! The apartment itself is stunning, blending Moroccan and Western decor beautifully. It’s spacious, airy, and offers breathtaking views of Fes. Parking is convenient in a nearby lane with 24-hour surveillance, and the area is safe and perfectly located, just a short walk from major landmarks like the Medina and Fes University. Anass is the definition of a Superhost—kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. If you’re visiting Fes, don’t hesitate—this place is an absolute gem!

We had a lovely stay. The previous comments are justified. My little girls thought it was a cathedral palace given the height of the ceilings! Youssef's welcome is precious. Everything was perfect. Just one point of attention: as in other riads, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the steps are not regular. But one bedroom is available on the ground floor.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

We stayed in Lydia's Riad for 3 nights. Prior to our stay, Lydia was always responsive to our requests so that we could prepare for our stay in the best conditions. Abdellatif and Aïcha welcomed us very warmly. The Riad is majestic and took our breath away as soon as we arrived. We took a trip thanks to Abdellatif who was great (2 hours with a driver overlooking the medina!) They also found us a taxi to get to the airport in the middle of the night. A big thank you to all 3 of you and have a great time 😊

We very much enjoyed our time in Fez and at Mohammed`s place. It is a beautiful traditional old house, with well preserved interior. Right in the middle of the old city. Ideal for our group of 6 visiting the city for several days. It is quite a challenge to find your way through narrow streets, but Mohammed was kind enough and arranged the transport from the train station and a guide for last 10 minutes of the journey, through the maze of the small streets. Mohammed and his sister were very helpful. Greeted us on our arrival and helped to make our time in Fez enjoyable - helping with tips for the places to see, arranging a certified (and knowledgable) guide, sharing the history of the city ... .

The apartment is large and well equipped. It is located very close to the Medina. There is a large park (botanical garden) right across the street. The best place to stay in Fez. We stayed there for 4 days.

An unforgettable stay in a superb, bright and conveniently located riad. Before we arrived, Nicole was able to reassure us with her clear and caring responses. On site, Zacharia made all the difference: discreet, efficient, deeply attentive with us and our daughters, he organized our excursions and accompanied us with real kindness. Thanks to him, we discovered the medina at our own pace, and experienced magical moments like the Merzouga desert or Chefchaouen. The riad is a real haven: spacious, authentic, with a beautiful terrace bathed in light. On the kitchen side, Zacharia offered us beautiful discoveries, between small local addresses full of charm and refined restaurants. What affected us the most was the sincere exchanges with him, and the moments of life he shared. When we met other guests, we understood how well surrounded we were. A rare, warm and deeply human stay.
