Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/seafront promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the city center, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.
