We stayed 1 week at Emilie and Nicolas's house, as part of a business trip to a living room at Parc Expo de Villepinte. The house is well located, 5 min walk from the RER, itself 3 stations from Expo Park. Big +, the possibility of leaving our van during the week in the garden. The accommodation is clean, fully matches the photos, well-equipped. In short, I recommend it 100%! We will come back without hesitation.

Very easy check in, beautiful property out the manic city atmosphere but close enough for quick travel between the two. Very clean and very homely.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. Nice and well appointed house

The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. I thank the host who was kind and very flexible with our requests. It made it easy for us to plan and made it easy for us to prepare. For a future event we will without hesitation choose this very cozy place.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Excellent hosts. The place has character, easy access, safe evening walks, bakery on the corner is exceptional.

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

The place is very well maintained, the hot tub is amazing, the light games of the apartment are great, ideal for a little while and finding it again. Small downside for the price of the candle/rose supplement, it's this price I expected even more roses and candles 😕 However the weekend was fabulous, our host was available and welcoming, I highly recommend this little haven of peace 😁❤️

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Even if the bed is very comfortable, it's true that the clic-clac is less so. The apartment completely suited us for the night before taking our flight. We had booked parking around the airport where we should have left our car during our vacation. However, in the morning before going there, we are taught that our reservation was simply canceled for lack of space! We had seen in the comments that Carmelo was offering a parking space and, at 6am, he came out of a moment of stress: he actually offered us a babysitting for our vehicle and took us to the airport. He gave us some helpful instructions and we flew in. We sincerely thank him for saving our trip.

We had a pleasant time. Julien is very responsive and attentive. The lodge is well equipped. And of course,the pool and hot tub at the top. A big thank you to Julien and we'll be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

Very good welcome by Emilie who had sent us beforehand a lot of places to discover and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very well heated, which was very nice as it was a cold duck in Paris. It is located in a secure residence on the 7th floor with an elevator and close to the Porte de Clignancourt station terminal. We are very happy with our Parisian stay and thank Emilie.

Very nice and functional house, clean and tidy with a beautiful decoration of very good taste. Bedding very well also, we stayed there with our 2 children, we were able to visit the capital by taking the RER C at Saint Geneviève train station in 40 min. I recommend it.
