A lovely property that is very well appointed and tidy, it is very private and peaceful with views that are simply jaw dropping, would absolutely recommend it and rebook it ourselves.

You will feel “at home” when you are staying at this house. Super clean house with a lot of accomodations. Clear instruction to check-in and -out. Such a beautiful house and definitely will book it again for our next trip to christchurch.

Cant recommend this stay enough! My family and I didn't want to leave the house. Was beautifully decorated, landscaped and just a peaceful oasis. Very well stocked, clean and comfortable beds. Stay here if you're in the area!

We had the best stay with Perfect Stays. They were extremely professional, responsive and communicative. The whole house was well equipped with lovely furnishings snd modern utilities. A short walk to a lovely, cosy eatery which we loved. Hope to be back!

Came thinking of sunny beach days and walks but had cold and wind. The place was nice and big and cosy, so it didn't matter. Kids loved having a fun space and the bunk beds.

This place was so lovely, the location was great, a small beach community down the hill. Amazing views from the deck in new and pristine condition. It has everything you need and very comfortable. And the price was good too. 😊 Liana & Eddy

This unit is sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable and the bedding just right. We did not spend enough time in town to use the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee shops around the corner and walked a few blocks to find dinner. Everything the host could do to make the home comfortable was done. The only thing that we didn’t like about it was the construction in the neighborhood (late Jan 2025) which was noisy and made access to the home more difficult. It is also close to a busy street so there was a lot of noise from cars accelerating and changing gears. We stayed two nights separated by a week and the Friday night was noisier than the following Thursday. Closing the windows helped a bit but the temperature was fine outside and we like fresh unconditioned air.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything in the house was good quality and overall high standard. Perfect location as walkable into the city. I will definitely come back when in Christchurch next! Highly recommended!

The place was compact equipt with all the things that we need for our stay. The washer and dryer combo was a bonus. The hosts were responsive to our requests and queires. Eventhough, we were not able to park in the garage as we have a bigger vehicle there are ample of street parking.

We had a lovely stay here. Great place for six adults, three year old and baby. Handy having the bedrooms separated with the lounge and kitchen in middle. Handy with three toilets. Nice location. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable lounge suite. Would stay again
