The best part about this Airbnb was the amazing location. Right next to so many restaurants; I could walk for coffee, food, and drinks whenever I wanted! Also great hosts and nice place!

Jeremy’s place is chic, charming, quiet and warm. Interior was spacious, with a cool kitchen, ample living room space and a hip bathroom. Loved the neighborhood vibe too. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay, felt very homey and perfect for a girls nights!! So responsive with any questions I had and so friendly! The host even checked in with us to make sure we were good and if we needed anything- going above and beyond what was necessary!

This Air Bnb was great. Very close to downtown, walkable to many great restaurants. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around town. Overall a fantastic stay and even better host.

Came in to work in Detroit, Shiv's place is the best deal on Airbnb for the Detroit area imo. he accurately described the place, it's an old building, not perfect, definitely lived in regularly. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the heat kept us warm. The washer and dryer worked, as did the hot water. Everything that I needed was there. Shiv was very responsive when I had a question, but was not intrusive what so ever. great host. If ever I need to stay in Detroit again, I hope that this place is available!

The house worth what we paid for. I really liked the house and the location and the access into the property was very easy. The area is beautiful and safe. We’re going back in the summer. Thank you so much Fadi for your services and your kindness. We really appreciate your hospitality.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

We loved Ahmad's beautiful and peaceful home! We stayed for three weeks with our newborn baby, and it was very comfy and felt like home. We loved the neighborhood and found our stay easy and enjoyable. Ahmad was incredibly communicative and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Great home base for family visiting to see the Lions take on the Vikings at Ford Field. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and comfy.

Great place to stay. location is key.. everything was minutes away, from fast food to grocery stores. neighborhood was nice and quite exceptionally great for me since I was working night shift. Great host, definitely recommend and I personally wiwill have this location down as my first choice when I'm in the area for business

Great location and it had all we needed for a few day stay in Detroit. Close to Little Caesars arena and the Q to get downtown easy. Very secure garage. Loved the building renovation!

We were in town for a couple of days to see a Red Wings game. Jeff's place was in a great location. An easy walk to all of the sports fields. It is also very close to the Qline. The place was very nice and clean. When something came up, Jeff was very quick to respond and take care of our minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay again.

The place was great, very peaceful and felt like home. Very clean and organized. Host very responsive and clear instructions of checking in and out. Would recommend. In case I do go back I would rent it again.

Shone was absolutely amazing, He allowed me to check in hours before check-in time & went above and beyond to accommodate me when I ran into a problem. Shone as well as his wife responded to my every need In a reasonable timeframe… this home looks exactly like the pictures and is in a quiet/peaceful community 10/10 if you’re looking for somewhere cozy and relaxing I recommend booking here!!!

Everything about out stay at Sean's was amazing. Starting with our insanely awesome guide book to our location. It made our excitement grow to another level and we studied it multiple times before our stay to make sure we were making the most of our stay. Looking for a location close to the Ford Stadium was a no brainer when we saw such a great location at a banging price. We walked to Detroits finest resteraunts every day and in the evening walked a very short trip to the Stadium. It was too easy which is exactly what parents with a 2 year old need!! Sean's hospitality is the best we have ever experienced and his space with the history and the historical location was spectacular to have been able to experience. We will always come right back for any downtown event we have to attend. That bottle of chilled Rose was exactly what this mom needed on one of our evenings. So thank you thank you thank you Sean!!
