The surroundings were good, quiet and clean. Room ok laa, the room has lizard ticks and is very smelly (bau hapak carpet). But the toilet very clean, comfortable and got hot water. The receptionist very good communication and friendly 👍 The location is near to LRT sultan ismail.

The house combines various styles inspired by Malaysia, Thailand, and Bali. The hostess is incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable. She introduced us to a local delicacy, Nasi Lemak Wangl, and recommended a wonderful restaurant downtown. It's a must-try if you get the chance. There's also a fantastic grill shop around the corner, offering tasty and affordable options. The house itself is well-kept and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is the lack of sound isolation. The air-conditioner and water pump can be a bit noisy at midnight. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this accommodation. It's a delightful experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this classic Malay home! The house had an authentic, cozy feel that gave us a true taste of local culture. The coffee shop right in front was a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us, even finding us a bus to Johor Bahru and sharing lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real Malaysian hospitality!

Place was great. Villa is well maintained and comfortable throughout our stay. Kids had fun at the pool and adults enjoyed all the facilities provided in the villa. Host was very helpful and responsive to our queries. Thank you!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Villa K. It has modern design and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the nice pool, fully equipped kitchen + stylish master bathroom. Beth was helpful and was very responsive to all our queries throughout the whole thing. Highly recommended for staycations over the weekend!

It was a beautiful place to stay, as a retreat from the city while still being in the city.

The stay was great just that it’s a bit noisy because it’s close to highway and also train track. But other then that it’s all good
