The place is superbly beautiful and well decorated, extremely well located and matched perfectly the description. Besides that, the host and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I felt very taken care of.

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We had a lovely stay at Stefano and Roberta's who are very welcoming and caring. The listing perfectly matches its description in a natural and soothing setting. In return, access can be difficult by a communal road that Stefano is working to maintain. So we would recommend a check-in before the night, despite Marco's very precise explanations. The stay is then extremely pleasant, reinforced by the multiple details offered in the accommodation, the little touches, availability... The location, so isolated, is however only 30 minutes from Volterra, San Gimignano, less than an hour from Siena, etc ... So our stay will remain a great memory and we would definitely recommend this place to those around us.

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. Parking has enough. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

Ciao, This house and his environment are amazing. It's a real paradise world. A realm of peace and well being. The garden is wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent with the diving and long enough to swim a lot, the river and the forest all around look like a fairy tale. The place is so calm and relaxing. Each morning, when we woke up, we went outside to have our breakfast under nature noises such as birds, trees and waterfall... And what about Barbara and Fulvio? They're so nice and so helpful without being intrusive. They're always available and ready to improve our stay. They are concerned by our confort and they don't hesitate to make us discover typical meals. Thanks to them and we're so happy to meet italian people like them.

Amalia and her husband are two wonderful people. They welcomed us in a friendly and friendly way, making themselves available for every need. They are very attentive to details and have made the stay really comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
