Excellent place, the location is very good. The apartment was spotless. The host is also very friendly, we had a great time.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has a lovely patio, which gives more space to the living room. You can find anything you need around the neighborhood.

Very nice apartment for 1-2 people, especially if someone cares about a large balcony. The location is very good, close to the metro and many restaurants, but still quiet. You could use more comfortable sun loungers on the balcony, one of them was damaged. One of the blinds was damaged and difficult to use. In addition, everything is good and I am definitely happy with my stay and I recommend :)

Great stay, accurate description. The jacuzzi was not filled during our stay, so maybe verify ahead of time if that’s important to you. Some notes: - Soft towels - Strong air conditioning - Flexible with our schedule - Wonderful service from Angela the concierge/property manager - Chocolates on the bed when we got there - Very clean - Strong WiFi - Netflix was on the tv (maybe logged in from a previous guest?)

The accommodation is exactly the same as the listing! Excellent location and very good fit! We had an unforeseen with the checkin, but the host was very proactive to resolve as soon as possible (note 10 for the host)! The only detail that could be better is the mattress of the single bed… extremely thin mattress (you could feel the wood of the bed). For the rest, great apartment exactly like the ad, close to the main landmarks, great experience we had in Buenos Aires!

Very nice house and has everything for a good experience. The pool is very nice and the external area is excellent. The barrio is safe and quiet. Norma was very attentive and welcomed us very well. I had a very nice experience and would choose the place again in the future.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We had gone in March and came back in December, I maintain that both the neighborhood and the house are beautiful, a great place to relax and relax. I remember that in March we had suggested an improvement, and it was now resolved, which demonstrates the good predisposition for guests to feel comfortable. Highly recommended, we are looking forward to returning!

I can’t think of anything negative to say about the property and the hosts, they provided fantastic local recommendations and were willing to answer any questions we had. The property is amazing with everything one could possibly need at an Airbnb. They were extremely flexible with checkin and checkout, and the place itself was extremely clean and well prepared for our stay. I would give 10/10 if possible, thank you to Lisandro and Candela we had a wonderful time.

Place is nice and quiet, asado on the rooftop is amazing, small outdoor area is cozy and sunny. Place looks historic and authentic, enough of everything for comfort.

We had the loveliest stay at this house. It’s in a beautiful area, full of lively cafes and restaurants and plenty of activity but tucked away from the street so it’s quiet and secluded. Every room has a double bed and windows that open into a terrace/balcony. There’s a full kitchen with stove, oven, and fridge, and whatever you need to cook full meals. We spent christmas and new years here and are very sad to be leaving! Highly recommend and we would be delighted to come back!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Astrid is a other level host! Being my first time he greeted us at home, he helped us leave our bags on the airbnb without charging us anything additional, he loaned us his card so we could mobilize and he helped us even with recharges because we didn't know where to recharge. When we arrived we had a bottle with water , everything was clean, it's indescribable how we felt here. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Astrid because without your help maybe it would cost us more to mobilize us ✌🏼

We had a beautiful stay, the apartment in excellent condition, super comfortable, clean, with all the comforts, in a beautiful area where we find many things to do, close to everything. Paula was attentive to our needs at all times and responded quickly and always friendly. We are grateful that we felt right at home 🩵
