The View to Drangarnar, Tindholm end Mykines

This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Charming house in Klaksvík

Located in the center of the city and walking distances to everything. There are restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Swimming facilities with spa and fit only 500 meters walking distance. The house is next door to the brewery Føroya Bjór, which also has a whiskey distillery. In the tourist information (300m) you can get information about tours to Seal Woman (Kópakonan) and tours to Kallur and Enniberg. The free city bus stops only 50 meters from our doorstep. This is a great place to base yourself while you explore the Faroe Islands

The Haven in the historic quarter

A special place to stay in the heart of Tórshavn. Sleep under a grass roof in the car-free area of Reyn: the old town quarter by the harbour - a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, bus terminal and ferry port. You can’t get more central than this! The Haven is simple but charming, nestled among other historic houses in this conservation area. Upstairs, via some steep steps, is the cosy bedroom. When it rains, the gentle sound of raindrops on the turf roof will lull you to sleep.

Big and spacious house with a wonderful view. Very central in Stykkid, 20 minutes in car from Torshavn or the airport, 10 minutes from Vestmanna and 5 minutes walk to popular Leynasand beach. The house is in two sections with own kitchens, bathrooms, living areas etc. Playground in the garden for children with trampolin and swings, and the adults with hotpot, sauna and grillcabin. They were hospitable, friendly and very helpful, far behind their host duties ❣️ The apartment is absolutely wonderful, well equipped and with a really great view. It is a calm place, where you can relax after busy days outdoors in the Faroe Islands. We spent a great 12 nights and days there. The only negative thing was, that we had to leave ☺️

The house is in a beautiful little town, easy to check in, the kitchen and living room facilities are very modern, we enjoyed a perfect dinner here. Please note that a suite has only two private bedrooms when booking, we need three private bedrooms, so we booked house 1 and 2 at the same time

Grandma's House is perfectly located in a quiet area in the middle of Tórshavn, where everything is in walking distance. There is also free parking right nearby. The house itself overlooks the harbor and is cozy decorated in a grandmother style where everything is clean and tidy. It was a great setting to relax in between excursions. Bjarni and Susanne are really great hosts! Helpful with questions as long before the stay and great communication throughout. They have made sure it was easy for us to enjoy our stay. A warm recommendation from here!

Very clean apartment with all the amenities required. Kitchen is fully equipped for us to prepare food. The supermarket is very nearby. There is sauna & jacuzzi as well. The apartment is near the water & view across from the apartment is beautiful with the houses near the water. Very good WiFi connection & a very big TV. Bathroom mirrors are also big with lateral lights. Enjoyed our stay there.
